With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will find a fantastic and welcoming space to relax. The property also features a living room with a queen size sofa bed. Complete with fast WiFi (500GB), game room with shuffleboard, arcade games, and TV. Outdoor space includes plenty of seating for lounging and dining with a fire pit, charcoal grill, and string lights. All bedrooms have TVs ready for you to stream whatever services you regularly use. We look forward to hosting you at our place. The house is located in an older established neighborhood. Neighbors are a mixture of students, small families, and other short term rentals. Don't be surprised if there is an occasional nearby party. Door code will be sent prior to arrival. This will unlock the front door. Back gate can be unlocked if needed. I can provide code at a later date, but please keep locked if you are not on the property. Switch immediately inside front door operates outdoor light and living room lamp. The switch for the overhead light in kitchen is location by the refrigerator, There is another switch by the back door that operates light over sink. The other switches by the back door operate a flood light and outdoor string lights. There is bedding for the sleeper sofa in the hallway closet.
