Total y absolutamente increíble... una de nuestras estancias favoritas en cualquier parte del mundo. Sorpresa de aniversario de bodas de 2 noches para mi esposo y decoraron la cama con cosas del jardín y la hicieron lucir hermosa. Las villas con piscina son enormes e impresionantes, tan tranquilas y privadas que apenas nos movimos de allí porque era increíble. El área de la piscina principal y la playa también eran hermosas, y sentarse en el restaurante con vista a la piscina y la playa al atardecer fue perfecto. Todo el personal es tan encantador y dulce. El gimnasio era genial y tenía todo lo que necesitaba, correr y andar en bicicleta en la zona es fantástico. Se quedará aquí de nuevo seguro. La mejor decisión de venir aquí.

Overall service was good - Hotel transfer service was reliable (including airport transport and to other attractions). Food was good except for the seafood barbecue buffet dinner (the seafood was not fresh and most dishes were not hot enough). Prices for local tours arranged through the resort were unreasonable higher than average, it’s like doubling/tripling the average price. Some of the restaurant staffs could not understand very simple English which makes ordering difficult. Waiting time for the food was unreasonably long (almost an hour). The staff at the Kids Club was super nice and patient, my son had a great time there making art work. If they could have some scheduled activities with more variety, it would be better. Wi-Fi in our villa was very unstable and the staff could not fix it. When we checked in, there were not enough towels in our villa and toiletries didn’t get refilled. On some days, the staff missed cleaning our villa.

A pleasant, calm, and peaceful hotel perfect for a family stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing experience. However, please note that it is quite far from nearby services, so it's wise to visit a 7/11 before your first night. I also had difficulty finding rides using Grab, so don't rely on it for your plans. Additionally, arranging transportation through the hotel or a contracted driver can be more expensive than if you were staying on Phuket Island itself.
