Hotel is nearby Kawaramachi station, 5 mins to there. It is a residential building. But check in-out process is at Royal Park Hotel.
It has a double bed and 2 twins bed in the room. It is clean.

The premises is at a convenient location, very close to the covered shopping avenue.
The lift access is good for suite case travellers.
The room is clean and spacious enough to accommodate 4 px.
One draw back was the lack of information on the need to check in through the Royal Park Hotel which is about 10 minutes walk from the premises. That was very frustrate to stay outside the lift lobby for an hour, before meeting a group of Japanese young men whom told us to check in through the hotel.
Apart from the troublesome check in experience, everything was fine.

가와라마치역에서 도보 3분컷 입니다.
위치, 시설, 내부 모두 뭐하나 안좋은점 없이 너무 마음에 든 숙소 입니다.
다만 체크인,아웃은 "로얄파크 호텔"에서 진행해야하는 약간의 번거로움이 있지만 착한 숙소 금액과 컨디션이 상쇄합니다.

預訂這民宿，但trip.com.並未能給我正確指示取門匙地方，我臨上機前再與trip聯絡都並未收到有關民宿給我指示我該如何可以領到門匙，但trip.com客戶服務還叫我去到住宿地方再查問😵，這是一棟民宿大樓，難道我一行人企在樓下等人去找我們？慶幸我在另一訂房網站找到資料，否則不知怎算好！
由高松機場下機後，乘往高松港巴士往瓦町，下車後要到Royal Park Hotel Takamatsu取鎖匙，這酒店職員會給我正確地址和門匙，領匙後行回民宿10分鐘左右，到達目的地入房後才令我放心，可以有住宿落脚地方了🥹。
民宿像一個家，乾淨企理，小廚房有齊微波爐，煮食爐具，洗衣機。衛生間和浴室分開，有沖涼液，牙膏牙刷刷巾，各方面都好好。👍🏻👍
由民宿行去大型超市7分鐘左右，到琴電鐵／機場巴士站3分鐘左右👍🏻

チェックインの詳細がtrip.comに載っていなくて分かりにくかった。
部屋は写真通りでとても良かった。冷蔵庫やコンロもあったので、連泊とかできそうだなと思った。

ロフト付きのお部屋でとても広く快適でした！！ジェットバスもついていて、旅行の疲れがしっかり取れたように思えます。友人と過ごしましたが、子供連れの家族でも十分な広さでいいお部屋でした。チェックアウトも11時で早すぎずよかったです

周邊的生活機能非常方便，環境也好，房間坪數不大但因為高挑所以不會覺得擁擠。有個小廚房，用品齊全。美中不足的點是廁所只有一間，成員多的時候使用上稍嫌不足。

鄰近市中心在瓦町站，房間分閣樓及下層，附近非常多餐廳和飲酒的地方，可住三至五人，因為有樓梯會比較不適合老人家住，性價比高
