«這次台州遊，酒店是一大亮點。山莊地理位置不錯，離碼頭近。門口就有bus站。不開車人士首選，打車也方便。酒店送的高鐵站接送服務非常好！感謝大堂經理小李安排，因為我們回程時間較晚，也費心幫我們安排接送服務。商務車很乾凈很穩開得也很快。

«1️⃣酒店緊靠着樂園，但位置偏遠，記得打車或自駕來。
2️⃣酒店整體設施，房間配套都是新的，衞生都非常不錯。
3️⃣但服務需帶改進，從進店辦理入住就非常忙碌，從辦理到完成入住近20分鐘。隊伍也是越排越長。然後入住發現台盆有問題，雖然第一時間有了師傅來修理，但等到晚上回房間發現還是沒有修好，喊了第二次的師傅則靠譜很多，完成了修理，點贊👍
最後最差的就是酒店到樂園的班車。運營可以説非常不成功，高峯期幾乎全酒店的都在等班車，結果車遲遲不來，就算車來了，也很多人擠不上去，以至於很多人放棄了。回酒店的車也很少，沒有高峯段和低峯段的區別。還是希望酒店運營的管理能更好一點。»

CCali LawyerI’m an international traveler from California, USA, and this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! I normally book only five star hotels for my family (my husband, four year old, and myself) and this hotel in Tiantai truly blew us away. The design and decor is gorgeous - it transports you to a zen garden complete with sophisticated greenery and koi pond. The koi pond is beautiful and the fish are so healthy. The hotel staff was also extremely kind and accommodating, Miss Zhang walked us to a restaurant the first day we arrived and DingDing was really sweet to our four year old son. The service was the best and I didn’t feel like I had issues communicating, even with my limited Chinese, and with my family not speaking any Chinese. My husband had work calls with California at a ridiculous hour (4 am to 8 am!) and they let him use the tea room for his video calls. The value for this place is also amazing - this was the least expensive hotel I have stayed in, and also the best! I really feel like this hotel was the passion project of someone who had a grand vision and great taste. The Le Labo toiletries were such an unexpected treat. I have family in Tiantai so I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to stay here again!

JJiekeJACKThe hotel in 2021, unexpectedly new, indicates good management and proper maintenance! And there are also schools around the hotel, where there is a lot to eat. Inside the hotel, the hygiene is done very well, and there is also a very busy robot 🤖， The decoration of the lobby on the first floor is quite distinctive and great. Just like the pictures provided by the hotel, the rooms are arranged on the 5th floor. The handsome receptionist specially upgraded my room, which is 28 square meters. In fact, there is really no difference between a 1.8-meter bed and a 2-meter bed when I see it with my naked eye 😄 But what sets it apart is that it is probably one of the few hotels with bathtubs installed in its rooms. It's amazing, and the air conditioning has been running dry for too long! Anyway, living here at this price, I think the cost-effectiveness is very high! A very nice experience

La ubicación del hotel es otra gran ventaja. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de varias atracciones populares, lo que facilita explorar Taizhou. Pude visitar el Museo de Taizhou y los hermosos parques de la ciudad con solo un corto paseo a pie o en taxi.

RRASHEED CHINAThis hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in Rome. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Rome, as it made my three day holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.
We are just back home from Rome and our week stay in the hotel could not have been better and so pleasant. The location is perfect fabulous for ease of getting to and from Airport by bus. The staff is helpful, we had a very late check in and the man in the reception was so nice and helpful even it was 23:45. The room was spacious and we also booked a room with free mini bar – Fantastic and recommended !! Breakfast was very good. A lot of varieties: hot cold food, pastries fruits coffee tea, so tasteful. Want to say a special thank you to all receptionists who helped us so much! We will recommend the hotel to everyone and will return for sure! Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip and

CCatherineJ'ai adoré cet hôtel ! Je fais de la recherche sur le thé et je venais spécialement pour découvrir les jardins théiers : j'ai été gâtée. Les personnes en charge de la gestion de cet hôtel m'ont accueillie chaleureusement et m'ont invitée plusieurs fois à partager leurs repas. Ils m'ont également présentée à des amis producteurs récoltants si bien que j'ai pu visiter des jardins magnifiques. Nous avons aussi partagé quelques thés, bien agréable car il faisait extrêmement froid.
J'avais la plus jolie chambre de l'hôtel, à la fois spacieuse et lumineuse avec une grande baie vitrée donnant sur la montagne. MAGNIFIQUE !

CCherry WeddelI recently stayed in the family room at this homestay and wanted to share my experience. On the positive side, the room was quite spacious, providing ample room for my family to move around comfortably. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. The garden in front of the house added to the pleasant ambiance.
However, there were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, I noticed that the cleanliness of the toilet and shower area wasn't up to par. This was a bit disappointing as cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any accommodation. Additionally, there were no disposable slippers provided, which would have been a thoughtful touch. Lastly, the air conditioning in the room didn't cool the space effectively, leaving the room a bit warmer than we would have liked.
In conclusion, while there were some positives to our stay, the issues with cleanliness, lack of disposable slippers, and inadequate air conditioning did affect our overall comfort. With a bit of improvement in these areas, this homestay could offer an even more enjoyable experience for families looking for a relaxing getaway.
