I booked this apartment through Trip.com with high hopes, but my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the owner had no regard for hospitality or basic cleanliness. The owner was unwelcoming and dismissive, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The apartment itself was disgustingly dirty. The bed sheets were stained, smelled strongly of sweat, and had cigarette holes throughout, indicating they hadn't been changed after the previous guest. This was utterly unacceptable and frankly, revolting. The general cleanliness of the apartment was appalling, with dust and grime everywhere. I contacted the owner immediately to address these issues, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility. Their lack of assistance forced me to check out early, which was a huge inconvenience. To add insult to injury, the 200 RMB deposit I paid was never returned. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to look elsewhere. The owner's negligence and disregard for basic hygiene are unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!
