Very convenient location near the train station. The front desk is very nice and caring. They made me ginger tea as I caught a cold. They also provided free porridge at night, it’s the best for the tired travelers. They also gave great recommendation to site seeing options.

Indeed super fantastic experience. I typically do not write reviews but this hotel definitely worths a review to demonstrate what first-class service they are offering.
Fantastic location -- 3min walk to the train station. When checking in, there was a very lovely small gift, and my ID card was very well taken with even a protection shield. The staff there guided me all the way to my room, and regularly checked whether everything is okay.
Super fantastic experience.

Excellent location, just few minutes walk from Taiyuan Railway Station, many bus stops and taxis right in front of the hotel. Staff are attentive.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with another friend. Immediately when we checked in the service was very nice! We speak mostly English and they went out of their way to help translate and bring us to our room. The room, however, did not feel the cleanest. There were some stains on the rug and chair, the bathroom smelled slightly like eggs, and the hotel door needed to be slammed shut. I would recommend this place for people who are budgeting, want to stay close to a train station, and are not staying for too long!

Łatwo do tego hotelu dojechać ma świetnie skomunikowany. Przed wejściem do hotelu przystanki autobusowe,a kilka metrów dalej wejscie do metro linia1. Na dworzec ok.400m. Hotel czysty, a obsługa Bardzo miła I pomocna.Na powitanie podróży może liczyć na gorącą owsiankę i herbatę. Miejsce godne polecenia.

五一山西自駕遊的最後一站 訂了離火車站最近的酒店，窗口可見站前廣場，出門不遠就是地鐵站，交通方便 性價比高。
大堂的徐欣然徐經理態度超級好 服務非常熱情 帶我們到房間 知道我們第二天一大早離店 還贈送了我們早餐（早餐味道不錯）也贈送了小禮品 並且加微信隨時聯繫 訂了兩間房 有一間房有點小問題 立馬幫忙換房間 處理非常及時
需要提高的一點就是我們在吃早餐的時候 餐廳的員工開始吵架 很影響顧客的體驗 希望酒店在這一點上能注意下員工的培訓 除此之外 是很滿意的一次住宿

離火車站最近的酒店，窗口可見站前廣場，出了大堂就是地鐵站，交通便利度拉滿，性價比高於同地段華住酒店。
服務非常熱情，前台會免費把行李送進房門，還贈送小食，並且加微信隨時聯繫。
房間打掃得非常乾淨，設施齊全，非常上乘。
早餐就是常規的團餐級別，有特色的拌莜麪和炒**。另可付費單點頭腦和燒麥。
可以提高的方面：
1.wifi速度較慢，容易斷連
2.房門底部沒有密封，等於無隔音，走廊上的聲音清晰可聽見
