Gracias al hotel por brindarnos una buena experiencia de estadía de dos días. La habitación era mejor de lo esperado. El personal de recepción fue cálido, educado y atento. El servicio es rápido, limpio e higiénico. , también se ofrecen bebidas en las habitaciones y en el vestíbulo. Hermosa bañera grande, Se necesita tiempo para buscar transporte, pero en realidad es muy conveniente. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cercanas. ¡muy recomendable! gracias

Nice hotel with walking distance to Shilin market and Jiantan station. Hotel room with nice mountain view facing Yang Ming Shan. The hotel do have washing machine and dryer, do prepare some coin if you wish to use the facilities. What a shame that the hot spring facilities is only open to female.

五一去台灣，入住了兩晚台北新開的嘉佩樂酒店，和大家分享一下入住感受。 酒店的硬件環境堪稱一流，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到嘉佩樂一貫的高端審美與品質標準。14層的接待大廳大氣又不失格調，其中的living room兼具check in和lounge功能，無論是辦理入住手續，還是會客、休憩都十分體面，氛圍感拉滿，細節之處盡顯奢華。早餐很棒，配得上奢華酒店的標準，終於在東京Park Hyatt 後看到有酒店早餐水果配藍莓草莓，直接加分，嘉佩樂早餐有含香檳，一大早就是香檳生蠔，我覺得有點暈～台灣當地特色早餐包括蛋餅牛肉麪粥都有，冰拿鐵意外好喝，台灣做飲料真的是絕！ 然而，這次入住體驗在軟件服務方面卻不盡人意，可能是因為新開，客房服務響應速度極慢，急需物品時往往要等待許久，影響入住心情。因為政府規定，房內不配備任何一次性洗漱用品，雖然可以理解，但總有點拿政策搪塞服務的感覺，變成實際入住時需要個浴帽需要個牙膏都要一次次電話……服務響應又慢，這與嘉佩樂的高端定位有些不符。 最讓我不滿且擔憂的是游泳池的問題，酒店衹有一個室外游泳池在14樓，我先生在上午8:30去游完後回到房間身體嚴重不適，心跳飆升至160，一整天都沒緩過來。原因是泳池水温過高，已經超過人體正常體温37度，這不是在游泳是在泡温泉啦，可游泳池居然沒有救生員，存在極大的安全隱患。和老外經理溝通無果，衹會一個勁説：“謝謝你們的建議，給我們提供了寶貴的意見～我們的救生員8:30才開始上班。”難道不該游泳池開放的時候都必須有救生員才是嗎？ 泳池旁也沒有顯示水温、水的酸鹼性以及當日水監測報告等關鍵訊息，客人無法瞭解泳池水質及水温情況，難以安心使用。 總的來説，台北嘉佩樂酒店硬件環境確實出色，但軟件服務的諸多問題影響了整體入住體驗。

El hotel está situado en el centro de Taipei, donde se encuentra el hotel de Tango. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, con un acceso fácil al transporte público y a atracciones cercanas. En general, el Tango Motel es una gran opción para los viajeros de negocios y de ocio.

Purposely choose to stay with M.O. check-in process was smooth with special house tea and cold towels. The room was big and elegant setting. Toiletries were sufficient, however, with a strong sustainable mission. This MO still uses toothpaste instead of other MO toothpaste paper. I found their bath towels were rather old, which I don't expect from this level of Hotel. Most of the hotels have water kettle but not here. They offered a Japanese hot water machine which made me think of 30 years ago. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. I have the same similar level of hotel , they have a person to guide you to your room but not here.

Responded to and handled my requests very well. The room was clean and tidy. The service desk was super helpful. Staff were nice. Housekeeping was great. There did have some street noises as shared by previous reviews. Yet, it was totally alright by around 11pm. So, no big issue. Location-wise, it is surrounded by malls. Didn't try the walk with luggage to the mrt because of my injury. So, no comment for that.

Had a fantastic stay at Regent Taipei! The staff were outstanding throughout the hotel — always friendly, professional, and attentive. The breakfast experience was excellent, with a great variety and incredibly attentive service that made mornings a real pleasure. The pool area was also a highlight — clean, relaxing, and staffed by people who clearly care about guest comfort. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the warm attitude and excellent service across every part of the hotel. Highly recommended!

A very new hotel, still has the smell of one! The room was very well designed. The details, materials and textures are five stars. Reminded me of a room in Waldorf Astoria. I had a very large room which had a very nice open view. One thing about cleanliness though. While it was almost spotless, I did spot a couple of strands of long hair. I think the hotel can step up on that. The infinity pool area faces the new lalaport mall and has a glimpse of sunset. I didn’t get to try the breakfast. The location is indeed a bit off but it’s right next to the new massive Lalaport mall which has an huge range of Japanese brands. At slightly over US$100 per night, it was amazing value for the room I got. Highly recommended.
