Cityinn Hotel Plus Ximending Branch

Great location, picked the biggest room type. A few mins walk from exit 3 of Ximen station. Free laundry room for use at the basement level — detergent powder provided at the side (self service). Toiletries not provided (toothbrush/toothpaste etc) due to some regulations. Free local cup noodles from 10pm to midnight, collect from lobby. There’s a family mart across the street — very convenient to get snacks and stuff. Construction going on along the road after exiting the metro station — construction will be there for a long while I believe. Pavement a little rocky (just to note for care of luggage wheels). For elevator from metro station to street level, take exit 4 then cross the road to exit 3 side. A longer walk but no need to lift luggages. A big thank you to the staff who prepared the mini surprise for me when I indicated that it’s for birthday! Really appreciate it ^o^ staffs were also v friendly (even the housekeeping aunty). 😄

Very convenient. Few minutes walk to XMD. Staffs are very efficient and friendly. Cosy place at B1 with beverage n light snacks, laundry room also there . Special thanks to Choco for his arrangement to put my other family members on the same floor. Luggage storage while we are away for 2 days. A birthday surprise too. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Hotel location was excellent. The amenities were basic but sufficient (you get what you pay for). One issue is the noise level (walls seem thin or the neighbours are just loud). Hotel gave a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival when the standard room was not available. Greatly appreciated!

Affordable rates and very good service, they even provide cup noodles from 10 pm to 12 am! Room is very clean too.

I found the location is excellent, easy to access to ximending shopping areas and MRT station, and hospitality of the staff is wonderful. The few problems are the noise proof is very bad, we can hear very clearly the pipe and water running of other room.

Laundromat usage was complimentary. The basement which the shared open space/lounge was located at has mild odour and some mosquitoes, however that won’t deter us from staying here again as the staff were friendly and the location is great!
