N HOTEL

The hotel is a good location 1 stop on the metro or a 10 minute from Taipei main train station. The room is good but they didn’t come and clean the room while I was there. The bed was too small with my feet hanging over the edge comfortable and the pillow was very hard as well. They offered free drinks and snacks in the foyer which is good. Not a bad place to stay. The check in time at 3:30 wasn’t ideal and is quite late compared to most hotels.

Then room is clean, the staff are quite nice. One point needs to be improved is those facilities and equipments closed too early. We wanna use the microwave at night but it was closed together with the front desk.

Over satisfied with the stay, room is good. Only may not be very safe as anyone can access the lift to the room floor. Very accessible to MRT Station, and Ximending is nearby.

Staff patronising - rude. Cleanliness can be improved. Sound proofing is also not there.

The cleanliness really has issue, I have itchy back after some hours of rest. Room very cramp and small not worth the money. 13mins walk to Ximending.

The lobby is very clean and they provide a lounge area with free snacks, coffees, and soft drinks. The hotel room was smaller than expected but it was very clean and the bed is comfortable, as well as the toilet seat has an automatic seat warmer! Overall I would recommend this to those who are looking for a relatively budget stay in Taipei, despite being cheaper, it did not compromise on its hygiene and amenities.

Location wise - this one is just near Taipei Main Station and Ximen Station. Very convenient. The room is small and clean, you get what you paid for. Bathroom has hot/cold shower and bidet (Japanese style) which is really plus points. Only letdown of this trip / stay is the rude and impolite hotel front desk guy. He needs major customer service training. How he responded to me when I inquired if i can leave my luggage while waiting for check in was very appalling. It seems he hates his job or customers on how he responds. His behavior is a clear reflection of the hotel. Definitely i will go back here due to location and convenience but hoping not to encounter the rude front desk guy.
