另外康橋商旅提供24小時的自助咖啡冰淇淋無限暢吃，還問了有沒有紙杯可以帶上房，結果沒有。
台南高鐵離市區有段距離，因此住在市區去高鐵站的距離都差不多。

裝潢都蠻時尚年輕，各種幾何圖形搭配鮮豔色彩相當活潑搶眼，還加入了帆船繩、虱目魚、油燈等海洋元素，說是網美飯店也不誇張。而服務人員態度也蠻好，入住流程順暢和對待上也感覺很輕鬆愉快。

很久以前就有跟家人一起包棟過，一直都很喜歡，現在換跟男朋友去了，品質依然很完美，住起來一樣非常舒適，選擇的是有浴缸的房型，但讓人驚喜的不是浴缸已經設計的很特別，而是那一片從浴室看出去的後陽台，實在太漂亮太舒服了，而且老闆人很好～服務上也讓人超級喜歡的！希望有機會可以去試試看老闆的另外兩個館！

Nice resort with private in-room hot spring tubs. Location of room is not conducive for elderlies and if you have liggages. We have to lug our luggages from the reception lobby to the room which is located in another building and part of the resort and it's with stairs up and down. Luckily we met a nice lady staff who helped carry some of our luggages. Then when we almost reached our room, a guy manning the spa entrance told us we can call hotel lobby and arrange for staff to carry our luggages. The checked-in staff who guided us should have told us earlier and offered staff to carry our luggages since we had conveyed our difficulties to her.

Hotel and building was a little dated. Our room was overly basic in a state or repair. There was a terrible mould smell in the room which we did not like. The bathroom was nice and clean though. The location was pretty good too. Not too far from the station, close to the night market, and close to subways and bus routes. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and would look at paying a little more for a nicer hotel.

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy.
The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours!
The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

MMorgan NingLa ubicación es promedio, pero el hotel proporciona bicicletas gratuitas y también puedes alquilar Gogoro, el costo es de $ 600 por día.
El personal del mostrador del hotel tuvo una muy buena actitud de servicio. Sonrieron durante todo el proceso y fueron muy considerados.
Aunque no era la hora del check-in, el hotel tuvo la consideración de dejarnos esperar en el comedor, y las bebidas en el comedor estaban disponibles las 24 horas del día.
Las instalaciones de hardware de la habitación están bien, el ambiente es luminoso y limpio y hay un inodoro con bidé. El único inconveniente de la habitación es que el aislamiento acústico no es muy bueno.

UUsuario invitadoGreat location and interesting old house. It was as shown in the pictures. The host is very friendly and recommended a few places to go and explained the house. He could have given more detailed instructions on the car park, which is closeby but you need to park in the area 62 to be closeby to the house. It’s a long car park so it’s seems far from where you go in but it’ll work out! The car park right next to the house is very expensive.
The house faces towards the car park and the street to the motorcycles are a bit noisy.
Water and cups are provided by the hotel.
Trip.com didn’t tell the owner my email or phone number so he couldn’t contact me and there was no one for checkin. We called him and he came quickly, just would be nicer for everyone if he had those details. Otherwise I recommend proactively contacting him.

Recomiendo a los huéspedes que compren las cervezas Tainan (en botellas) de la recepción. Estas cervezas locales Tainan tienen una amplia variedad de sabores, y la textura de cada una es más valiosa y mejor que la cerveza convencional de Taiwán y las importadas. El hotel también tiene una zona tranquila y acogedora en el 8/F. , y es cómodo relajarse allí. Deseo que el hotel tenga su propio restaurante, pero siempre se puede encontrar cafés para desayuno cerca.

One can borrow a bike free of charge from the front desk. The bike was in good condition. And it's convenient to move around downtown leisurely.
Surrounding the hotel, there are plenty of eateries.
We called the reception for a taxi to go to the train station early in the morning. The taxi arrived within 5 minutes. So, it's really a very nice experience staying in this hotel. Much recommended.

DDenissa OngThe Hotel location is very strategic, just right opposite the Tainan bus/railway station. The counter staff is also friendly to assist us for checked in and very helpful, carrying our luggage to room, even there’s free snack for us after wrote this review, but its was an really great experience for me as a guest for staying at here. It’s also very good on they allowed us for early checked in at 2:30pm.
For the room part, they are so thoughtful by switch on the air cons in advance for cooling the room first and the room is spacious and very clean as well as toilet too and it’s like just newly renovation/touch up.
Overall, it’s very good experience for me. Keep it up.
