Un hotel boutique moderno y elegante con un servicio excelente: el personal es atento y amable. El establecimiento cuenta con una encantadora biblioteca y una cocina comunitaria, lo que le da un toque cálido y social. Como el hotel es muy popular, estaba completo cuando me alojé cerca de Año Nuevo. El desayuno se dividía en franjas horarias de una hora, y elegí la de 9 a 10 de la mañana, al parecer la más solicitada. El desayuno en sí estaba bien, pero lamentablemente, el comedor estaba abarrotado y no pude encontrar sitio a la hora que me correspondía. La cola era larguísima, así que terminé llevándome la comida para llevar y desayunándola en mi habitación, sin bebida. Aunque el lugar estaba lleno, los huéspedes fueron en general educados y respetuosos: no hubo empujones ni acaparamiento de comida, algo que agradecí mucho. Aun así, el hotel debería plantearse ampliar o reorganizar la zona de desayuno, ya que la distribución actual resulta bastante ineficiente.

It is very convenient hotels. 9 mins walks from Tainan train station and 4 to 8 mins walk to bus stations. And room was cleaned and nice. And the one I stay has windows. It is so nice to see the outside before went out the hotel. But I wished the swimming pool is deeper.

Important: Please bring ear plugs! the sound from street traffic is kind of echoey and loud. I went to buy some after my first night. Location is hard to beat. I got to try quite a few good eateries just by staying here. And there are street markets of different types within short walking distance. I was staying in a room on 2nd level and using the shared bathroom, but it looked like i was the the only one using it. Everything is clean and spotless, as if the place is very new. The hot/cold water dispenser at ground level is very useful. More hooks/hangers in the room for hanging clothes would be nice. The light feature above the bed and the full-length glass windows that allow natural light are very aesthetically pleasing. What was perhaps unusual and a bit unnerving - a first for me - was that i didn't see ANY person around the whole of my 4-day stay. I arrived late and had to do a self check-in on the first day so that was to be expected, but on subsequent days no staff were at reception, nor did i see any guests (though i could faintly hear them in their rooms on certain days). Is this a low season thing? Having said that, i found the self-check in and check-out is quite convenient and if you have connected with them over Whatsapp, they send clear instructions beforehand. They will also answer any questions over Whataspp, so i guess it's like a virtual receptionist?

La habitación es espaciosa y limpia. Viene con la bodega japonesa. La cama real no parece haber manchado las primaveras, pero una cara se ve fácilmente afectada por el movimiento de la otra. La cocina municipal tiene tostadoras y ofrece café y té gratuitos (disponible de 0700 a 1700) y agua (todo el día).

Had a pleasant time in this hotel. Provided snacks and drinks daily. The male staff that was at the reception at night was very helpful in helping us call local shops and finding things. The breakfast was also delicious! Would return next time!

El personal es amable y útil desde el primer día, me ofreció mucho de viajes y información alimentaria, tuvo un par de chats agradables y se reían con ellos. El último día de mi estancia, han hecho un trato de desayuno, sabiendo que no tenía tiempo para probar una comida local. Traiga sus propios baños como el país aboga por la sostenibilidad. En el lobby hay comidas y bebidas complimentarias. Realmente aprecia y recomenda este lugar para alojamiento cuando estás en Tainan.

the penthouse is just nice to fit 7 pax of us, including the extra mattress for a kid. We love the penthouse which we have our own hot spring bathtub and steam room. The facilities are good, they have public and private facilities pools. The hotel opens the pools to outsiders also, so it might be quite busy and crowded for the public pools facility. Please prepare some snacks or instant food before you go to stay as there is no convenient shops or mini market nearby. you have to walk about 20mins to go to the nearby town. The reception sells instant noodle cups but always out of stock. But there is restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is not new but still good and manageable, they are still practiced the old system which is using hand written record for guests booking. There is no bell boy to help you on the luggage, we have to carry one by one to our hotel room, which car is not reachable to your door steps. And the road to your room is slopes. Hotel staff services are just okay, not very hospitality impressions for us as foreigners. We love the public pools, there are over 10+ different types of hot spring pools in the hotel.

The hotel is old and it shows. There are many pools in the onsen area and guests are required to wear swimsuits and swimming caps. The rooms look like they have to renovated but all public area and pools are aged and cleanliness can be improved. The selection at breakfast is basic but it is fair for what we were charged. The receptionists at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

La habitación es grande y espacial. La cama y la quilt son bien. Irritación de la piel ligeramente sensible en el día 1 entonces mi piel se ha adaptado a la cama. Tiene piernas extra que podrían ser más limpias pero no los utilicé. 3. La ubicación está bien. En 1 km a pie de muchos buenos alimentos locales que son baratos y sabrosos. Alquiler de bicicletas gratis que puede ahorrar algunos paseos. 4. El baño es bueno, también bastante grande. Obligatorio para estar en el baño para usar la cabeza de ducha. No podía añadir el tubo para usar sólo la cabeza de ducha así que algunas horas de trabajo temporal. 5. La prueba de sonido no es buena, pero no impactó mucho menos cuando un niño gritó y corrió fuera por Dios sabe por qué. 6. Un insecto (o es la versión de doble coco?) se desgarró de una esquina en mi último día ... Me asustaba y luego se volvió a esconder. 7. Hay un distribuidor de agua en el lobby (zona de escena), snacks gratis y bolsas de té. 8. No quería mantener las toallas en el espacio de la caja fuerte con un pendiente o en la rack de toallas sobre el toallas, por lo que puede secar el aire en el baño, mientras no sea demasiado pesado. 9. La puerta tiene un doble cierre, pero no hay cadena, por lo que puede utilizar un pendiente como circunferencia. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren; se ve nada más salir. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas, pero es muy tranquilo. Sin embargo, algunos huéspedes hablan en voz alta en el pasillo. El precio es bueno y hay muchas paradas de autobús cerca, lo que facilita el uso del transporte público.
