We always love to stay at Ascott BGC. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean and well kept. There was one time when my kids left their toys upon checkout and when we came back it was completely stored and kept and our kids had it back.

The room smells old. The dryer/washer is tricky in order for it to run.The house keeping doesn’t check the body wash. We can’t use the tv because the Netflix needs update,we tried everything and it doesn’t work. Even the housekeeping clean the room, it doesn’t smells clean. We enjoyed the bar in the rooftop.The location is really good.There’s no warning that the water boiler gets really hot even the handle.

The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances.
The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities.
The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help.
If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help.
Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

Reservé 3 noches para la habitación Deluxe King, me informaron que me pasaron a esta suite. Sin embargo, descubrí que las habitaciones Deluxe King tienen diseños bastante similares. Hay una sala de estar y un dormitorio con baño adjunto. Los muebles están anticuados y sería mejor si los enchufes al lado de la cama se actualizaran a USB. Porque solo un enchufe de mesa lateral admite 3 pines del Reino Unido, mientras que no puedo enchufar mi adaptador de viaje en el escritorio de estudio.

Era un edificio de nueva construcción (terminado en 2023), por lo que estaba limpio, las instalaciones eran buenas y SM AURA estaba justo al otro lado de la calle, lo cual fue genial. Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly.
Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered.
The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

Un viaje muy feliz, mi primera vez en Manila con mis buenos amigos. El propietario del B&B que reservamos estaba muy entusiasmado. No solo nos brindó un servicio de recogida gratuito, sino que también nos proporcionó una guía de viaje completa. La habitación también está muy limpia. El ambiente circundante es muy bueno. This is an affordable, no frills, reliable hotel. It’s clean, the check in/out process was easy, and the room was pretty peaceful at a great location. The only thing that I think they can improve is the communication from one staff person/team to another. I had requested for a late checkout at 6pm (with a fee) because I work late/odd hours. By 3 or 4pm, housekeeping staff were already banging on my door to clean the room so I had to tell them that I’d arranged for a late checkout. It happened twice and I didn’t appreciate the disruption. They should setup a system to ensure their staff know which guests have a pre-arranged late checkout and who is simply late.

ZZoe .We had an amazing overnight stay at Thompson, Booking was incredibly easy, and their prompt and detailed responses made the process smooth from start to finish. Jen even went the extra mile by meeting us at the lobby and personally assisting us to the unit. The unit itself exceeded our expectations—it was spotless and smelled fresh, with clean and comfortable sheets that felt better than a hotel. They provided everything we could need and more, including slippers, toothbrushes, towels, complimentary water, tea, Coke, and cookies. The XBox was a fantastic bonus that added to the experience. The air conditioning was perfectly cold, and the cozy comforters made our sleep absolutely delightful. The two queen-size beds were spacious and a great value for the price. Check-out was as hassle-free as the rest of our stay, making the whole experience seamless and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! We will definitely be coming back.

FFrancis C.There are lots of restaurants and malls to visit around the area so there was no issue grabbing some snacks for lunch and dinner. Staffs also assisted us during check-in so it was smooth all along. Also, the rooms we booked are properly cleaned upon our arrival. The beds and sofas are cozy to relax on. Minor concerns we had during our stay are the lack of bathrooms in the rooms especially if you are having 5 persons in each room. Also, there are no bidet or shower curtains installed. No bath soap was provided too but there is a shampoo at the very least. Although it is just around the corner of Landers so you can still buy any basic necessities you will need. Lastly, only two towels were prepared in each room but we were able to request for extras thru their hotline so everything was sorted out easily.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm accommodation by the host. My friends and I were able to hang out in BGC with no hassle.

They kindly requested our valid IDs for booking validation and provided a brief overview of the hotel’s policies.
2. Room Quality: I booked a twin-bedroom room located on the Lower Ground floor (L3). The room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, although it lacked a window. The bed was comfortable—neither too hard nor too soft—with two pillows per bed. The room also featured a flat-screen television.
3. Amenities: While the hotel offers good facilities, there are a few areas for improvement:
- Parking: The parking lot is limited, with space for only about 10 cars, depending on their size.
- Breakfast and Dining: There is no free breakfast or hotel cafe, which would have been a convenient addition for guests.
- Complimentary Bottled Water: It would be great if bottled water were provided for guests without additional charges.

My stay at the brand new One Uptown Residence was amazing! The location is unbeatable, right across from the newest shopping center in Bonifacio Global City, Uptown Mall. It's incredibly convenient with cinemas, a large supermarket, a food court, and plenty of restaurants and shops all nearby. Uptown Parade and famous clubs like Valkyrie and Pool Palace are just a short walk away, making nightlife easily accessible.
If you're attending an event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, it's also just across the street, so you can walk there effortlessly. The building’s 6th floor features a fitness and leisure center, offering a gym, yoga room, outdoor swimming pool, billiards room, lounge, children's play area, and a scenic garden—perfect for all kinds of activities.
The apartment itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, with clean and comfortable bedding. Whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this is the ideal place to stay in Manila. Highly recommended!

MMikicyaEl hotel está situado en una zona bastante residencial. Es un poco confuso. Parece un hotel nuevo y está muy limpio. Sólo hay duchas frías disponibles. Originalmente era una habitación compartida para 4 personas, pero pagamos por 4 personas y pudimos usarla como una habitación privada, por lo que era muy cómoda. Vine aquí en moto y también había aparcamiento gratuito.

UUsuario anónimoEl precio del hotel es barato, compras y comer cerca de él es conveniente. El paseo es de aproximadamente 10 minutos. Se puede esperar un corto período de días. El importe es limitado. Se puede considerar que el techo de la habitación está muy mal aislado.

CCaila Joy FelipeWhen I walk into the room, I immediately check if the room is well cleaned and maintain. However its too dusty on the floor there is no slippers to wear on, when u check the bathroom u’ll see the bathtub and check there is something dirty and greasy running down on one of its pump something. Then the edges of the tiles around the shower area u’ll see its not well maintained and the tissue was used. The overall appearance or the room is perfect the couches and even the air condition really makes the room feel cold. One of may favorite part is the Make up side where there is a vanity mirror, tv has good reception. Staffs are friendly and they do allow visitors but of course limits when they can only stay. Its an overall good experience but due to the poor cleanliness at the area I have to give an honest review. Also price is too cheap for 1 night stay for two which is really affordable and of course worth it.
