Good location. Accessible to malls and restaurants where you can dine in nearby. Internet is not that great for a ”wfh” like me, but it still does the job. Yung deluxe twin room yung binooked ko, 2 rooms, since apat kami and each room can only have max 2 adults, kaso medyo magkalayo yung inassigned samin na room. Sana consider nila na mag katabi or magkatapat yung rooms since family kami, though, hindi ko sya narequest, sana alam na nila yun lol

Great stay overall. Great location. Surprised to find a mini sanctuary within the city centre. Pool occupies the whole courtyard center. Nice they have a restaurant and cafe within the property. Ample parking space too. Breakfast time could be a bit longer, but appreciate them calling to check if you're having breakfast before the breakfast hours close. Bathroom has an unpleasant drain odor which they got rid of, but came back eventually.

Estancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

Tagaytay has always been a popular destination for a quick getaway, offering breathtaking views of Taal Volcano and a refreshing escape from the city heat. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience a staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo, and I'm happy to share my thoughts. The Accommodation: I stayed at the Wind Residences, a towering high-rise condo with a cozy and classy lobby. The staff and security guards were polite, and the elevators worked smoothly. The unit itself was basic but comfortable, with a wooden wall separating the living room from the bedroom. It had a TV, Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa set, a refrigerator, chairs and tables, and a double-decker bed. While the air conditioning wasn't centralized, the natural cool air of Tagaytay was sufficient. The bathroom had a hot and cold shower. Amenities and Facilities: The Wind Residences has a fantastic clubhouse with three swimming pools, two outdoor and one indoor. While there's a fee of ₱150 per person for using the pool, it's worth it for the experience. The clubhouse also has a gym, function rooms, billiard tables, darts, basketball, badminton and lawn tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The jogging path is huge, and there's a vacant lot in the middle where guests can fly drones. There are also a few shops on the first floor of the buildings, including Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Ace Hardware, BDO, and a 7/11. What I Loved: - The scenic garden and open field - The clubhouse and other amenities - The location - The security Areas for Improvement: - The parking is expensive. - The Wi-Fi is limited. - The sky deck is unfinished. - The restrooms are unfinished. - A heated pool or small jacuzzi would be a great addition. Overall: My staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo was hassle-free and enjoyable. The host was responsive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and affordable staycation in Tagaytay.

The view was fantastic. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Its great that they have both indoor and outdoor (infinity) pool. The room was clean and comfortable but lacks maintenance which was really a minor disappointment given the price. I would like to suggest that some outlets be placed near the head of the bed and the rooms be renovated.

The expansive lawn provides ample space for children to run and play. 3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles. 4. **Breakfast Buffet:** Though the breakfast buffet had limited choices, every dish served was delicious and satisfying. **Cons:** 1. **Unheated Pool:** Unfortunately, the pool is unheated, which might be a downside for those looking to take a dip in colder weather. 2. **Outdated Room:** The room we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. The chair and sofa had tacky covers, likely because they were really old. 3. **Towel Availability:** Surprisingly, there were no towels in our room upon arrival. We had to request them, which was quite disappointing considering this is a 5-star hotel. In conclusion, Taal Vista Hotel offers a beautiful and serene environment, ideal for families, but could use some updates in the rooms and better attention to detail in terms of amenities like towels.
