¡Adoro que esté muy cerca de Starbucks con una vista sorprendente! Sin embargo ... La energía a veces se iba a desactivar, inesperadamente (afortunadamente, no fue más que 30-45 mins) y yo estaba preparado para un evento como éste. Pero, me hubiera gustado que el agua caliente no iba a desactivar, junto con la malfunción energética. ¡En general, es un buen lugar para el precio!

Overall experience was great and meaningful. First, the staff were all accommodating. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing. In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

酒店的位置優越，基本上坐巴士到Olivarez下車後可步行至酒店。馬路對面有個mall，mall內也有超市及餐廳，非常方便。 交通方面，如果你是自駕人士，酒店有提供泊車位，但位置不多。我們算是backpacker，沒有駕車，但在對面的Mall旁有Tricycle聚集，方便算是出入。你也可以叫酒店職員叫Tricycle來門口接你。若果要從大雅台返回馬尼拉，基本上在門口已可以截車。 酒店職員服務很好，服飾整潔，有笑容也有禮貌。 房間很小，但整潔。有毛巾提供，但沒有風筒及杯。酒店設計以環保及可持續發展為主，牙刷牙膏及拖鞋要向職員領取。(當然自備是最好的) 房間內沒有熱水煲，但在公共空間可以自由refill。房間內每一個角落都有環保的設計，十分欣賞。 屋頂有cafe, 景觀很好，但到晚上會有人大聲唱歌，唱至至少11pm。房間內也聽得到，有點嘈。我們都在歌聲中入睡。

Great stay overall. Great location. Surprised to find a mini sanctuary within the city centre. Pool occupies the whole courtyard center. Nice they have a restaurant and cafe within the property. Ample parking space too. Breakfast time could be a bit longer, but appreciate them calling to check if you're having breakfast before the breakfast hours close. Bathroom has an unpleasant drain odor which they got rid of, but came back eventually.

The room was ok. The only issues were, malfunctioning aircon, no initial wifi, the door is kind hard to open and close, and no initial heater. But they solved it by transferring us to another room, with portable wifi being delivered. Aircon was now working fine, and the heater was already turned on. Maybe it was that particular room that has issues. But nevertheless, we had a good stay. I forgot, the pillow was kinda big, and it gives me some sort of a neck strain of some sort.

Staff are great. Courteous, helpful and cheerful. But why don't you even serve ice to your customers. Aside from the security which I find so restless at night because anyone can just barge in at night esp in the entrance. The standard room has a door near the cabinet which I felt restless due to the lock can be opened on the outside area. Almost slept 4am due to these things. Could the owners see to it that security and safety is a priority please? The reception area is so DUSTY!

Awesome , rooms are immaculately clean and still like almost like new. A blisful stay with complete amenities. No deposit requireds so u have more cash to spend on the hotel menu. Breakfast buffet is the highlight of the stay. Going home with lots of smile and kudos to the team.

We enjoyed our stay though it would have been perfect if the housekeeping paid attention to cleanliness - it’s pet friendly so the lobby and the room has a foul smell that could really use some thorough cleaning. The tray for the free water was dirty, we didn’t use the water glasses afraid it is not clean as well. The pool was not that clean as well - maybe it was due to the rain, I donno lol. The rain ruined the garden feel and would have been so relaxing to visit their garden :( which we were not able to do. The reception agents were helpful - they went above and beyond by helping me with the water heater :) thank you! Amenities like hair dryer, coffee, shampoo and laundry bag were not ready in the room and I have to request them by calling before it’s provided. It was all complimentary so it’s ok :) The restos are reasonably priced and the food was ok ~ we had dinner at Sweet Knot Haven and breakfast at Bodhi cafe.
