We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is clean and beautifully maintained. It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. We booked a Superior room for an overnight stay at Lee Boutique Hotel Tagaytay. It has two available bed types: one queen size or two single beds. We requested for one queen-size bed and also noted that we will be checking in late since it has conflict with our work schedule. We called the property, and the Baguio branch replied to us and referred us to the Tagaytay branch contact number. They didn't reply to us when we contacted them, but when checked in, we had a smooth transaction. Our only concern is that they don't have slippers, which was stated on our confirmation email. Guards are accommodating. We asked if the pool was available, and the guard opened the gate for us to access it. We were occupying the whole pool in the morning. Thank you!
