-If you love nature, Skiing, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Golfing, seeing wild animals, and listening to the sounds of birds, our home will be your true mountain paradise. Nestled on 2 acres, our home has stunning mountain and forest views from every window!
-Skiing, Snowboarding, and tubing -Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are 10 - 15 minutes away.
-Hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking trails, just steps outside the home.
-Golfing- Pole Creek, Granby Ranch, and Grand Elk golf courses very close by
- Lakes- Gand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Lake Granby are 15 minutes away from the house.
-2 Giant decks, a 6-person hot tub, and expansive mountain views make this home ideal for enjoying nature and relaxing on a piece of private land.
-Home can sleep a max of 8 with the capability of using the pullout couch.
The main floor opens up to a light-adorned morning room with extensive forest and mountain views.
-The Master Bedroom is located on the main floor (Floor 2 in the virtual tour) and features a queen bed and private bath.
-On the first floor (Floor 1 in the virtual tour), you will find 2 additional bedrooms - a queen bed in each room with a shared bath in addition to a memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room.
-For your added convenience and enjoyment this home has 2 living rooms with comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace.
- Each floor has a large private deck surrounded by the tranquility of the forest.
-Washer and dryer in laundry room
-Free Wifi

Family Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay, the house was comfortable and secluded. We cooked every supper at the house and sat on the patio and enjoyed the scenery and the hot tub.

Great spot close to winter park

Perfect family eacape
We truly enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The location was perfect for our plans to enjoy the mountains, while being close to shops and restaurants. The views were great and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We would stay here again!

Winter Wonderland

Family Christmas/ New Years
This property fit our family nicely. We had 7 adults and 2 little ones 2 yrs old and under. The kitchen had mostly what we needed to cook meals and to clean. The beds were really comfortable. The scenery was very beautiful and a family of deer would visit everyday and were not too scared of you. There were a lot of food options and shopping and activities near by in Fraser, Granby and Winter Park. Safeway is in Fraser for all your food needs. The older kids enjoyed the hot tub, especially the day after skiing!
