El hotel se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad y a 15-20 minutos a pie del campus de la Universidad de Syracuse. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa, me gustaba especialmente el piso del baño.

El hotel ofrece aparcamiento y desayuno gratuitos. Se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad y de la Universidad de Siracusa. El día del check-in, hicimos un recorrido a pie por la Universidad de Syracuse y comimos comida china allí, que en general fue satisfactoria. Trabajamos para la Oficina de Inmigración de Syracuse. El hotel está a sólo 5 minutos en coche del Departamento de Inmigración.

Hay estacionamiento gratuito y hay muchos estadounidenses viviendo en el área.

Very disappointed with my stay here. The only positive was that it was across from the mall. I don't think there was one furniture surface that wasn't stained including ”p-leather” chairs pealing in the lobby. I was in room 301, it had a funky smell and had a bed that was leaning on one side and the mattress that was also in terrible condition, the pillows were also terrible. For a newer hotel, I was expecting a lot more at the very least I was expecting it to be cleaner than a Motel but sadly that wasn't the case.

Always stop by this property when headed East or West on the I-90. Makes for a nice break on a long journey. If you’ve seen one Aloft, you’ve pretty much seen them all. However, properties are defined by those that work at them and this one consistently delivers friendly and hospitable service. Always happy to welcome guests into a clean and quiet room for their stay, the Aloft Syracuse consistently exceeds expectations. As an aside, DryBar products in Aloft stand above the quality of product found in “high tier” Marriott brands! Morning breakfast offerings are standard Aloft fare, however the generosity of extras extended to Bonvoy Members is appreciated. Spin the wheel upon check in and breakfast could be covered for your stay- a nice extra. If visiting Syracuse or just passing through, this Aloft property will not disappoint.

I arrived at Marriott Syracuse Downtown Armory 300 W Fayette Street; According to my Hotel reservation confirmation email. My daughter & I unloaded our car, My daughter pulled our luggage into the hotel. I recently had foot surgery and require a cane & very obvious medical boot on 1 foot. We approached the check-in desk, gave my information and the staff member says, ” Sorry, but your reserved at the hotel across town, about 5 blocks away.” I asked her to confirm, even showed her my email with the address we were currently standing at, and she still insisted I should be across town. So we walked out, repacked the car, drove across town, parking in the parking garage that was a block away, unloaded the car and pulled all the luggage 1 block (in the rain) to the Marriott Syracuse Downtown. The check-in desk there said ”I'm sorry, but your reservation is for the Marriott at 300 W Fayette Street.” I told her I was just there; and they told me to come here, I asked her to call them and confirm, and she did.” We had to then pull all the luggage 1 block back to the parking garage in the rain; reload the car and head BACK to the original Marriott we arrived at. I went back to the same woman; she didn't look at me, however checked us in with no problem. I asked for a manager to see if we can get help with transportation to my daughters Team Banquet because this whole mix up caused us to be late. She said, sorry, we cant order you a taxi or an uber, and we do not have a shuttle. I said, ”I am just a few weeks out of foot surgery, Your staff told me the wrong information and had me walking far more than I should be. My foot is in pain, and now my daughter is late to her banquet, when we had originally arrived 1.5 hours early. Is there anything you can do to please help us out.” She looked at me like I was crazy & said, ”Sorry, no. It seems you booked through a 3rd party, so we cant offer you any credit either.” This is not true, I booked through Marriott. Later that night my foot was swelled up like a balloon, I have to bury it in ice. The Manager said she would comp my parking and didn't, I was charged the $14 anyway. Awful service, cannot own their mistakes. I don't think I was asking much by just asking for HELP getting a ride to the banquet a few blocks away. Its a shame because the Hotel was nice, Room was nice & clean.. But the could literally careless about putting their guests through the ringer.

El desayuno es el mismo todos los días y la ubicación está al lado de la Universidad de Siracusa. Las instalaciones de decoración del hotel están relativamente anticuadas y la cama es demasiado blanda. Lo reservamos por 4 días. No aguantamos hasta el tercer día y tuvimos que cambiar de hotel. La política de Ctrip sobre reservas de habitaciones no es lo suficientemente flexible. Cuando se encuentran con circunstancias especiales, deben comunicarse con el hotel. Se negarán directamente. Negociamos con el hotel y el hotel básicamente acepta reembolsar la tarifa de la habitación de un día. Siempre que Ctrip se comunique con ellos, está bien. Clientes de Ctrip directamente Díganos que debido a que no solicitamos reembolsos, no podemos comunicarnos y nos sentimos deprimidos.

Great place to stay if you’d like to visit Amory Square! Very close to walk around the city. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was good as well! The hotel provides very close parking opportunities for equal pricing of the local parking garages.

I would be OK staying here again. The gym is terrible as is the breakfast. If you don’t need weights and don’t eat breakfast, that may not be an issue for you. The location can be good and bad. It is right near restaurants and other “stuff”. What comes with that is more oustide noise especially on the weekends. Another weird thing hotels are doing is putting shampoo/soap/conditioner in larger containers in the shower vs single serving options. I’m ok with it, but why can’t you actually put what is in the bottle in writing that we can see vs showing the brand. Lighter green on green? Are you trying to hide it from us? The employees have all been great and the rooms are just fine. As I said, I’d stay here again if need be. So for me, this is a three star review because it lacks two things I really like to have when I travel, a more robust weight room and breakfast option.
