The hotel looks nice but it has the worst service I have ever seen. I never imagined that a hotel of this quality could have such bad service. Almost all of them, from bellboys to receptionists and even the waiters in the restaurant, are bad. After completing the formalities at the reception and asking for the key, they said that I have to make an advance payment and go to the room. After making the payment, I went to the room and found the room unclean. There were no towels or tissue paper. I called the reception and they said they would send it. After 2 hours, someone came with a dirty and torn towel and said that there are no more towels except this one. They will give them to you when the laundry comes in the afternoon. How would you feel if you paid Tk. 7500/- for a double bed room and did not get any towels or tissues in the room? Don't be fooled by the swimming pool videos like I was. Anyone can go swimming for a small fee. So if you're taking your family, you should avoid the idea of going into the swimming pool. At 9 am, I went to the buffet breakfast and saw people standing with plates in their hands waiting for food. It had been almost 15 minutes and the food was still not refilled. I was sitting at a table and watching. Every now and then, a little bit of food was brought out and it was finished immediately. Seeing the pitiful condition of such a beautiful hotel made me lose my desire to eat breakfast.
