I have stayed few nights the rooms are immaculate clean and room service was top notch. The food was amazing and the staff can’t fault this place. I will highly recommend to go and check it out. Ask for Mujibur the owner very pleasant guy such a character

The service of Restaurant is very poor. They don't take care of their guest. Mr shahan waiter service was very poor, disgusting. Restaurant was totally non professional service. Never recommend again, non professional waiters. They don't know how to talk with guest. Never seen smile their face.

To the Management of Hotel Grand Mostafa, I regret to inform you of my disappointment with the restaurant management under Mr. Rajon's supervision. During my recent three-night stay at your hotel, I observed several concerning issues that significantly impacted my dining experience. Mr. Rajon's poor management capabilities were evident throughout my stay. He was conspicuously absent during breakfast service, and during dinner, he was often found seated at a corner table, engrossed in his mobile phone. This lack of presence and concern for guests is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant's reputation. Furthermore, Mr. Rajon failed to address a complaint regarding the quality of the fish served, displaying a disregard for guest satisfaction. His demeanor, characterized by a ruddy face and a reluctance to engage with guests, further exacerbated the situation. Moreover, the unfriendly attitude of the restaurant waiter mirrored Mr. Rajon's lack of hospitality, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere for diners. They don't care their guest. But hotel quality is very good. While I commend the excellence of the room service and reception during my stay, I believe urgent action is required to rectify the shortcomings in the restaurant management. I strongly urge management to consider replacing Mr. Rajon with a more capable and guest-focused manager to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

Do Not Trust Hotel Grand Mostafa for Your Special Events! I had the unfortunate experience of arranging a wedding party at Hotel Grand Mostafa, and it was an absolute disaster. The event was extremely poorly organized, with food shortages, incompetent management, and to top it off, a generator that wasn't even functioning. The restaurant manager, Mr. Rajon, was completely disorganized and lacked any semblance of competence. In fact, I strongly believe he should be fired immediately for his inability to manage such an important event. The overall management of the hotel is abysmal, and it's clear they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction. It felt like we were cheated out of a proper celebration, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for any occasion. Save yourself the headache and disappointment, and find a more reliable and professional venue for your special events. Avoid Hotel Grand Mostafa at all costs!

A very nice hotel situated close to everything you can possibly require. Staff and Management very good and very helpful. The food is good although breakfast can be loo0ked at. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

How this Hotel is not rated 4 star is beyond me. Easily more luxurious than other 4-star hotels in Sylhet. The rooms are spacious, clean, bright, have individual strong WiFi, balcony and clean bathrooms. The corridors are huge, the kids loved it. Food in the restaurant was simply awesome, we had a party for 20 people, the food was Bangladeshi and Thai. The Mustard Biryani, Kala bhuna, Chicken and Prawn salad, Chicken Bhuna and Desserts were outstanding. I must compliment Foysol bhai and Razon Bhai. They are hotel management and lead the nicest attentative team I have encountered in Bangladesh. I know what I am talking about, I've stayed in over 10 hotels in the last 6 months.
