Well-appointed holiday cottage that offers everything the heartdesires of activities. The house is located on a large natural plotapprox. 500 metres from the ocean. The house is very spacious and welldimensioned and built around 2 separate sections.Each section has a bathroom and there is a second bathroom in the poolarea. A total of 3 bathrooms, each with shower and heated floors. All 7bedrooms and the mezzanine have box springs. There is underfloor heatingthroughout the house. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished withstereo with CD player, flat-screen TV, high chair for the youngest,lounge area and wood-burning stove.The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide andswim coach, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. Aftera good and eventful day it is nice to slip down into the large whirlpoolor the sauna.On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you comeinto activity room where you can play a game of darts or billiards atthe pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in tennis orfootball games. Even stereo, PlayStation3 and flat screen TV areinstalled in the activity room.Outside there is also a sandpit and swings for the children. Large, opensun deck and covered patio - perfect for a nice barbecue with family andfriends.Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices.
