Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

Clean, modern, comfortable room with a large walk in shower. We have 2 rooms, 1 with a double and 1 with twin for our adult children. We booked because it was 35 mins for alton towers. Free parking and meal deal was good. 2 course meal and breakfast buffet in the morning. I can't remember the price but think it was about 20% off. All the food was yummy.

Great please to stay new refurbished rooms very clean and tidy with everything you need. Great buffet breakfast with loads to choose from. Excellent evening meal with fantastic service. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I will definitely be stopping here again.

We were checked in quickly by a male member of staff. We were given all the information we needed for where our rooms were and the breakfast times. Rooms look beautiful after the refurbishment. Staff couldnt of been more helpful with anyyhing we needed

A decent hotel that is more than comfortable for a night or two while in the area. Bedroom was well equipped, comfortable bed and additional pillows available if you needed them. Staff were mostly friendly. Service at breakfast was the only real let down here.

Newly refurbished rooms were a total disappointment. The bathroom, looks great, but the flush mechanism is now behind the toilet seat, not off to the side, the toilet rolls are now on a rickety holder, and are so thin, so narrow and of inappropriate quality. The towel rail may be OK for single occupancy, but not for two bath towels and a hand towel. The Vanity area has halved in size (it was never big) and now the hair dryer is above the shelf, reducing the useable space even further. There is now not room to use straighteners or place a makeup bag in a convenient place to use in front of the mirror, though, at last a stool is provided. The hanging area in the room is more or less non existent, the new unit, is now mainly a metal frame, with a couple of shelves taken up by a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. There is no way you could hang anything more than a shirt in the space, and then if you use the coffee machine, they would stink of coffee. The bed was OK, but not as good as the Hypnos mattresses they used to have. The restaurant for dinner, was shambolic, 30 mins to get a drink, more than an hour to get food, tables not cleared, food poor. In the morning we got a refund for breakfast, as after standing for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment and the palce again a shambles, we decided to leave.

Rooms lovely we was on first floor looked newly refurbished. Everywhere beautifully clean. Staff very friendly good value for money. Food very good Excellent night sleep. Excellent for shopping and garden centre. We are going to book for Xmas Market.
