Cerca de M4, fácil de llegar a. Habitaciones un poco fechada y cansada. Wifi bueno y habitación tenía aire acondicionado. Desayuno como un martillo de ganado, necesita una solución sencilla que las personas caminan de una manera y otra. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.

Muy tranquilo y fácil de encontrar , amigable personal y buena habitación de tamaño ( superior ) limpio y todo trabajado también en muy buenas condiciones - Woud recomenda restaurante tenía buenos servicios y comida sabrosa y desayuno tenía buenos alimentos también Bañera interior con sauna y cuarto de vapor también fue un tratamiento en todo el interior fácil de pasear de la habitación

Simple but practical choice. Reliably good location and clean rooms. Breakfast was quite a spread. Large tourist buses with mostly senior travellers can take up a lot of space during breakfast peak hour but not a problem for me!

This property is in the heart of downtown Swindon. A Salvation Army shares the building so there were always people hangin out in front. Never felt unsafe, just a bit seedy. Great location in the heart of downtown. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and did the job. Can't really complain for the price.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Super excellent price paid on Trip.com. Unfortunately, there were a few things that occurred that spoiled the stay a little bit, but not enough to stop us from staying here again in the future. The one elevator broke down and we had to climb to the 5th floor on a couple of occasions. Reception staff did offer to carry luggage/provide assistance if required. Had to use the stairs to get downstairs when the elevator wasn't working. When we used the stairwell nearest room 524, we were unable to exit to the reception/breakfast area. Had to climb back up stairs to another floor, then walk along corridor to stairs nearest elevator. I requested that a sign be attached to door indicating that no exit to reception....an emergency exit to outdoors only, but this wasn't done, although I was told it would be passed on to the relevant person to action. The elevator was fixed during our stay. Charging points/plugs stopped working during the night so that devices weren't fully charged in the morning. Reception agreed to alert electrician to check this out. Breakfast was more extensive than previously. Additional cooked items available, making it a great alternative to paying for an English breakfast at a more expensive hotel (although not as extensive as a FULL English). Plenty of cereal, bread, pastries, mini pancakes and drinks. All staff always pleasant and did their best to accommodate an enjoyable stay.

What an absolute amazing find. The setting was so beautiful and the room was outstanding and so much nicer than we could have ever imagined. The free standing bath was our favourite, the bed was very comfortable and the settee area was very nice. The staff were very understanding of my sons disability and were very patient and kind. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and cannot wait to return. Could have easily stayed there for days
