Travelodge Swindon West

Great! friendly, happy staff, clean rooms, first stay at travelodge west and I have absolutely no complaints. Subway and Starbucks next door lidl and Iceland over the road and free parking is a bonus! Great nights sleep I will return next time I stay over this way.

Travel Lodge has improved, This week I have stayed at two other Travel Lodges and the standard is excellent with all of them. I will be returning.

Noise from traffic so if hot cannot have window open but there was air con. Mattress's where hard not a good nights sleep. Room was very clean. staff where helpful food was alright nothing special

Room was smelly & not to a clean standard. We dealt with this as was a late night for a holiday the next early morning. On arrival to our holiday destination we realised my sons teddys 2 had been left at hotel. We was on a cruise so had no wifi or signal to contact hotel for a few days. I did this and got reply. Today on our return to uk i called which i was told no not here, unhelpful and rude on phone. So we traveled to the hotel today and sedwin, was rude and u helpful said he would not ask the cleaners and didn’t leave the desk to check. my sons teddy has been stolen or binned. I want this seriously investigated the hotel searched, staff questioned & CCTV checked i am happy to contact my solicitor and police if this needs legal parties to intervene. I also can send photos of the teddy & comforter. I know 100% they was left in the beds of the room.

Return visit at this travelodge. Wasn’t disappointed, same excellent service as last time. Spotless rooms and reception/bar area. Reception lady name Alex was great again, really friendly made it a great atmosphere. Will return again when I’m back in Swindon.
