Paradise Inn Motel

How can I give 0 stars? In all the motels I've been to in my life, this one was the worst! I understand that this is a cheap motel, so I expected it to look sketchy, have vintage bedding & possible dirty floors, but I didn't expect it to be THIS bad! The service & standards here are horrific, surprised the place is still open. The bar was already low for me: I was ok with the sketchy exterior (peeling paint & taped up cracked windows). I was ok with the hallways having exposed insulation (“reno in progress”). I was ok with the TV not working (didn’t expect it to at this point). I was even ok when our room heavily smelled of smoke in a non smoking room & the owner said there’s nothing he could do about it. And I was still ok when I asked what time breakfast was & he said sorry because of covid, we haven’t had breakfast since (So they haven’t updated their listing in 2 years? ******* still lists as breakfast included). He didn’t seem concerned. But what did it for me was how DIRTY the towels were. Not only were they stained & you can still see the food on it, but the foot towel had a GIANT HOLE in it as well as large yellow stains— how is this acceptable?? I’m pretty sure the owners themselves wouldn’t stay here, how could they expect anyone to? Absolutely appalled. Overpriced for 70! I did NOT get what was advertised & I was NOT ok with how the staff handled the problems. I rather keep my health safe & sleep in the car! Approach at your own risk. Don’t say I didn’t warn you
