Our recent experience with Nelson Motor Hotel was highly disappointing. Upon check-in, the room was found to be in an unclean and disorganized condition, raising concerns around safety and hygiene. The owner initially acknowledged these issues and assured us a refund would be issued. However, following this conversation, they became unresponsive, and subsequent attempts to follow up were unsuccessful. The front desk staff were uncooperative and unwilling to provide a point of contact for the owner. Their communication was unprofessional and, at times, hostile, offering no viable solution to address the situation. This was a corporate booking, and the lack of accountability and professionalism was concerning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to either business or leisure travelers.
