You will find us in Syndale Park, a country retreat on the outskirts of the Kent market town of Faversham. We are only a 15-minute drive from the historic Canterbury and Whitstable Castle, and within easy reach of the Channel Tunnel.
Our tastefully-decorated boutique accommodation mixes modern flair with traditional fittings dating back to the original building of 1680. We have 26 individually-styled bedrooms, many of which enjoy beautiful views of the parkland and are located on the ground floor, with direct access to the car park. For an extra touch of luxury, we have deluxe rooms and suites. Each room is bright and airy, with Freeview TV, a hospitality tray and free Wi-Fi.

This hotel has my heart. My husband and I had a blessing in the grounds of Judds folly, with all our family and friends. Everything was done with pride for our special day. From start to finish nothing was a problem. Carlie kept in constant contact as we booked a year in advance. Everything I asked for they made happen. I would recommend Judds folly if you are thinking of getting married, you won’t regret it. The bridal room was absolutely beautiful everything was provided. Every detail, was just perfect. Everyone who came to our special day said how lovely everything was. The breakfast the next morning was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Judds Folly.

Been to this hotel back may for 4 weeks been back two weeks and hopping be here till christmas. Best hotel round here rooms are nice beds are good with a fridge its so quiet. The staff are nice and chatty can have laugh and chat soon as get there. I get breakfast bag for work just ask and get wot you wont. Thanks team at Judds Folly for making working way so good. Really nice stay here, the women working on reception are really friendly and make you feel welcome. The room was nice, the hotel is set in a nice bit of countryside and the breakfast was great with nice fresh fruits strawberries and blueberries and good quality sausages, bacon and black pudding. Would definitely reccomend!

Very relaxing stay at this friendly welcoming hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed larger than most and very comfortable . . Locatìon beautiful countryside and easy drive to Faversham and Canterbury The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices. Good hot coffee. Will definately return when in the area again. .

We have just returned from a 3-night stay at Judd’s Folly and would like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our cottage was lovely, very clean and in beautiful surroundings. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was great and overall it was excellent value for money. Thank you for helping us to have a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Lovley Hotel, nice clean rooms, friendly staff, nice surroundings and has to be Faversham best kept secret. Only stayed as Purple Palace was full but I'd definitely recommend it. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the bar is great too. I'd 💯 use again.

My wife and I plus our son stayed for 2 nights on 17th and 18th July '24 having booked 2 rooms (18 and 41) on a B&B basis. If we have the opportunity to visit Kent again, this is where we will stay without a doubt. The hotel is in the process of improvement but our experience was exceptionally good nevertheless. The welcome was great, the rooms were great and breakfast was really really good indeed. All the staff were wonderful. We ate here on one night and I think the kitchen had a bit of an off night. However despite that, the issue was quickly and speedily resolved. For anyone else considering staying in the Faversham area then Judd's Folly is where you should stay! Its reasonably priced, the staff are incredibly welcoming and the hotel is a very good position indeed. Thank you to all. Regards Yorkshire Guests
