Holiday Park Caravan Fluffy in Harts Holiday Park

Harts was a fantastic site. We recently attended a planned event Tge Shakedown Winter Scooter Rally and we could not fault the place The staff were amazing and the facilities were also perfect. Caravans were spotless, warm and well equipped We have already booked to come back. Well done team

We organised a Scooterist event at this holiday park and went along with 700 'friends' over a weekend in the closed season. We literally had a ball. The staff were so friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. Now we've been to many Holiday Parks before for parties, but this one seemed different in many ways. It isn't, but it feels family-run. Starting with our caravans, mine at least was a lovely 3 bedroom unit, ultra clean and centrally heated warm (it was November!). The bedding was immaculate and the beds comfy. The clubhouse is a good size, not too massive to loose it's homliness, but big enough to find a nice table either in thick of it or away from it, in a nice booth. The clubhouse did great pizzas in it's pizza oven and the bar had an extensive range of everything you could want. The Park warden was on call to quickly resolve the usual things like changing gas bottles and reception quickly sorted out requests for keys etc. The site itself is well laid out with good vehicle access and good parking - it also seemed to stay dry, even though it rained a lot. The amusement arcade is larger than you'd normally find at a site of this size and although we didn't try it, there is a swimming pool next door to the clubhouse. Outside the clubhouse is a nice covered area with tables and chairs - great for a summer drink and it connects to a very well looked-after childrens play area - they're not going too far from sight with this arrangement. All in all we can't thank the team enough for what they did for us during our stay and we will definitely be going back again next November.

Staff are really nice and hard working from the reception to the Park Warden. nice little park but some of the guests (Kids) staying on site on the park on the Saturday night running riot we last power in the caravan and called out the park Warden who come straight away. it turned out that that there was Kids going round and turning off the power to Caravan outside each caravan on site and it happened on a number of occasions on thst night.

Really clean caravan, the site has lovely staff, great food. We had a Really good holiday.This is a great holiday for children and families and we have booked to come back next year. Absolutely no complaints, we were very pleased with everything. Tom in particular was lovely on the reception.

It was HORRIBLE WOULD NEVER RETURN… It was dirty, had horrible people, horrible area and just felt unsafe and disgusted. Its by far the worst caravan site I've been too, just book somewhere else do not come here. Even Gold Plus caravans were small and dirty and stunk.

Had an absolutely amazing break away for a few nights, not to mention our holiday started brilliant thanks to the cleaners Natalie & Ellie. Couldn't of cleaned it better ourselves it made a massive difference coming into a clean caravan. I would definitely recommend coming here as it also is a decent park for the price.
