The hotel is located very strategically. Just 15 minute walk from Suzhou Railway Station. The walk is also quite scenic with the river so close by. The room is comfortably spacious, the bedding is clean, and the bed, pillows and blankets really comfy. The robe area is quite wide for easy unpacking. There’s sufficient heating for the room, toilet and shower area is decently sized, well-lit and stocked with amenities. The breakfast option offers a variety of food, tasty and quite well-stocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful, really wanting to help so guests enjoy a good stay. Our plans ended up changing and we needed to stay another night in Suzhou, so the staff kindly helped put us in the same room for convenience. There are restaurants nearby, and a small convenience store around the corner.
All in all, It was an excellent, comfortable stay!

Friendly and efficient service. Hotel is clean and nice. Convenient location as it is near train station. Appreciate reception for giving out free breakfast vouchers. Will definitely book again in the future.

This hotel was very comfortable, the room was clean, warm and the shower was hot and good .The breakfast was chinese but was very good .Staff were friendly ..when you need a taxi must be careful as the road is very busy. But the location is good for the railway station and general historic sites . I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Location is near tourist park but it is a long distance to walk from the train station due to the express road that hinders the convenience. Grab a car from SuZhou station to hotel is easily between RMB6-9. Exterior of hotel looks out-dated but the interior of the room is acceptably new and clean. No tea bags given, so need to bring your own tea if you want to have a good tea break inside your room.
