Nice and clean. It’s near shopping and restaurants. The only thing that you need take note is that the road is not luggage friendly and it’s not very near the metro so it’s better to take a DiDi or airport transfer if you have big luggage with you.

The bathroom has a musky smell. The wc gets choked sometimes. The location gets so congested up on weekends that it’s impossible to walk. They serve breakfast but the room does not have sufficient spacd to place the food. Not quite the experience I was lookimg forward fo.

Absolutely love this hotel! Suitable for family with young kid as there's beautiful front yard with secured gate.
Staff are super helpful and kind which made our stay even more comfortable.
Location is very convenient right next to Ping Jiang Road where we enjoyed running in the morning along the river.
Will definitely stay here again next time visiting SuZhou!

Exceptional Hotel with an exceptional service! The attention to detail from the service to the design of the rooms to the fantastic experiences the hotel offers including tea tastings and concerts in their courtyard was outstanding. The hotel is located in a beautifully renovated old house just in the middle of the old town and very close to all the main attractions but at the same time very quiet and private. The staff made me feel very welcome and I loved my stay. I will definitely come again!

地理位置真是好極了，夾在大儒巷和南石子街之間。往東到平江路就80米。餘慶這個獨院有三間房。院子很大。白天院外一直有遊客貼着院牆穿梭於大儒巷和南石子街之間，還有不少人在餘慶的院門口拍照，有一點小吵鬧，但並不影響心情，卻越發欣賞院中的悠閑。
房間保留了原來的樑柱和雕花，很有年代感，而設施都是很新的。乾淨，沒有一絲黴味，桂花香薰很沁人，熱水強勁，空調十足，床是偏硬的（很好）、枕頭也舒服。唯有隔音是大問題，雖説都是自己家人，但也不想聽到隔壁的説話呀。
早飯十分豐富，按照定好的時間送到房間，即使在大冬天也全是熱乎的。粥，蛋，奶，肉，點心，水果，好吃但每天都吃不完。
大儒巷對開車不太友好，是條允許車開進去的“步行街”。車必須耐心地跟着行人慢慢蠕動。好在從臨頓路拐進來也就300多米。到了店在路邊靠一下，卸下行李，再往前開20米左拐就是停車場。每24小時要核銷一次停車券，即使不出去也要進出一次停車場。
服務方面，沒有感覺到服務刻意的存在，也沒有覺得缺失，這是極高的境界。

酒店前身是清代宅院，前台服務也很周到，酒店地理位置很好就在平江路里，所以出行遊覽也很方便，下次來蘇州還會選擇姑蘇小院端善堂

酒店設施非常舒適，雖然是老房改造，但裏面的硬件配置都是5星酒店標準，洗手間很大很舒適，暖氣也比較好。位置很便利，出門走幾分鐘就是平江路，逛街非常方便，周邊各種餐飲選擇也很多。雖然類似民宿，但24小時有人員值班，服務人員還比較有求必應。缺點是清潔程度，被單上有明顯小碎屑、小黑點等，客服解釋是屋頂掉落的灰塵，但我指的是裏面的被單，這種説法不太能接受。按照這個價格定位，希望酒店以後能改進布草的清潔狀況，跟收費標準相匹配。

第一次住民宿，從入住到check out都非常滿意，首先是酒店地理位置非常優越，出門就是平江路，拙政園，獅子林，藕園，東園，遊船步行穿過平江路就到了，步行15分鐘左右還有一個非常時尚的shopping mall 倉街也非常好逛。再説一下酒店本身，雖然坐落在老宅子裏，但是現代化設施比如電動窗簾，電子馬桶蓋，中央空調等等一應俱全，而且房間非常乾淨，衞生間沒有異味，熱水壓力和速度都很快。早餐是送到房間的，小粥，點心，水果雞蛋都有，味道也不錯。房間被升級到帶院子的，小院真的很棒，看的出來是用心佈置過，古色古香，夏天在院子裏乘涼應該非常愜意。服務也非常好，不同於傳統連鎖酒店，服務人員感覺更熱情和親近。總之我們一家度過了愉快的兩天假日，期待以後再次入住。
