El albergue está situado en pleno centro de Ping Jiang Road. Aunque está en el centro de la calle, no se oye ningún ruido, lo que me impresionó. El personal también es muy servicial y nos permitió hacer el check-out tarde de forma gratuita. El tío que trabaja en la casa de té fue muy amable al compartir con nosotros consejos de viaje y algunas recomendaciones que nos resultaron muy útiles. El albergue es un poco antiguo y había un pequeño calentador portátil en la planta baja, por lo que hacía mucho frío cuando nos duchábamos en invierno. En la zona de dormir de arriba hacía mucho calor y era muy cómoda.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our visit to SuZhou. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. Location is fabulous, just at the entrance of PingJiang Road. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to explore SuZhou!

The hostel is located just inside Pingjiang Road. The 管家 is nice and friendly. She helped me carry my luggage up and down and also outside while I was waiting for a DiDi even it was heavy rain.

My stay at Alley Sunshine Hostel was absolutely delightful! The hostel itself is cozy, clean, and full of character, tucked away in a quiet yet convenient location. But what truly made the experience stand out was the amazing landlady.
She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering personalized tips that made exploring Suzhou so much more enjoyable. From the best times to visit the classical gardens, to delicious local eateries and scenic canal walks, every recommendation she gave was perfect. Her knowledge of the area and genuine care made me feel more like a guest in a friend’s home than just a traveler passing through.
If you're coming to Suzhou and want more than just a place to sleep — a place with heart and great local insight — Alley Sunshine Hostel is the one. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, and the architecture feels authentic and full of character. The view from the room was breathtaking — a perfect place to relax and take it all in.
A special thanks to the lady at the front desk who helped me check in — she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, which made the whole experience even more welcoming.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for charm, comfort, and warm hospitality.

The rooms are very nice and clean with traditional chinese architecture. The lady responsible for the check-in is super helpful and cheesy. Definitely would go back here
