Fantastic newly opened hotel. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic and the hotel atmosphere allows to relax. Perfect for some stacation and business eventd outside of shanghai. Martin is awesome, always checking in and delivers excellent service.
Super Hotel am YangCheng Lake. Das Hotel hat neu eröffnet. Die Zimmer am See haben einen super Ausblick und bieten maximale Erholung. Die Nähe zu Shanghai bietet eine gute Möglichkeit für einen Erholungstrip oder für Businessevents.
Martin Yang lieferte exzellenten service und spricht etwas deutsch, was ihn noch sympathischer macht.

趁這次假期來到了美麗的陽澄湖悦榕莊，升級為陽澄水榭私湯房，乘船入住很有特色。前台管家jessica的服務很好，隨叫隨響應，禮賓同事Eden也一樣，服務環境等各方面沒得説。餐飲有三個各有特色（白雲中餐廳淮陽菜系，粵菜系；明月意大利餐廳；悦青湘菜）但衹能評價中規中矩。早餐還行。想躺平的假期可以來。SPA很舒服，環境很好。

設施：帶私湯的房間絕對物有所值，新建的酒店各項設施也是與時俱進，升級的房間自帶碼頭，坐手搖船進房的體驗非常難忘👍
衞生：五星水平，使用私湯也幫我們重新清洗消毒❤️
環境：與旗下另一家酒店互通，所以整個園區可逛的空間很大，有園林有鄉村，晚上也別有一番風味😊

優點:酒店聽説新開業，還不錯。除了是非蟹季島上比較荒涼。房間設施齊全，酒店環境也很幽靜。知道我們是紀念，還特別佈置了房間並提供蛋糕。衣帽間有個專門的梳粧台，好評。泡池可以隨意使用，冷熱自調，可以邊泡邊觀賞湖景，很愜意。房間還提供了花草茶。酒店還有一個特色便是可以乘船遊湖和從水路碼頭登房間。
管家Martin Yang從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就以其標誌性的温暖笑容和真誠問候，提供了賓至如歸的温暖。他的服務令人倍感貼心。感謝Martin Yang，讓我的陽澄湖悦榕莊之旅成為了一次充滿温暖、驚喜和感動的難忘回憶。他不僅是Banyan Tree Ambassador，更像是一位朋友。
缺點:酒店最大的BUG就是餐飲，實在與酒店檔次不相符。晚餐時被告知點單的話要等很久，想盡快就餐衹能吃小火鍋。小火鍋298一位，除了多幾衹海鮮，菜品和商場裏二三十塊的小火鍋差不多水平。人造肉和午餐肉，還有幾顆小丸子。海鮮就是幾衹蝦、兩衹生蠔、兩衹墨魚仔和兩衹扇貝，且不新鮮。早餐餐品也較少，一般般吧。
