Deng Ni Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Pedestrian Street Pingjiang Road Branch)

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay – Very Poor Cleanliness and Noise Issues I was really let down by my stay at this hotel during my 1st visit to Suzhou. First of all, the rooms have terrible noise insulation — you can hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which made it hard to rest during day and night. On Day 2, housekeeping didn’t properly clean the room. They only took out the rubbish and added new towels, but completely ignored the bed, floor and toilet cleaning. After complained, they finally cleaned the floor and it was dirty and full of dust during the process, which means they have not clean the room for few days. On Day 3 they have cleaned the room after our complaints seriously, however the cleaner was a different person than the previous one, they should really have a hotel cleaner training to make sure every cleaner does their jobs. To make matters worse, on Day 3, there was a constant smell of smoke coming from the exhaust fan in the toilet, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. Overall, I strongly not recommend this hotel if you care about cleanliness, stay with peace of mind , and basic comfort of a standard hotel room.

I would love to stay here again, the location is good enough while just 200m to the metro and about to 500m to big market street in suzhou, hotel is hard to recognize cause of chinese hotel name (very small english's name) but asleast we found it :)

It's a small hotel, but pretty good. The room is big and clean.
