真的超級噁心🤢首先前台大媽態度那真是一個絕，充滿了鄙夷不耐煩。我訂房時入住時間是20：00 但我提前13：00就到了 前台説提前入住多交3萬韓元 我覺得這個合理 畢竟是我提前到的，辦理手續拿了房卡 進去發現實在是太臟了，是根本就沒有打掃的那種臟， 設施都落滿灰塵，枕頭和被子發黃有味道一看就是輪流使用很久未清洗的，洗手池邊邊全是發黴，全屋都有股酸臭味，從來沒有見過這麼臟 一點不管理的酒店...進房間不到兩分鐘打電話給前台詢問能否換房 她問我原因，我説衞生太差了 被子好像沒洗過 想換一件，結果直接不耐煩的甩一句：不想住現在就下來退房… 好歹410元的酒店啊 汽車酒店衞生都不至於這樣 我下去以後她給我退了3萬，酒店退款讓我在APP操作。我申請取消訂單退款，結果倆小時後發現酒店方面拒絕取消退款 （我訂單上的入住時間是20點 但我實際13點拿房卡 沒過2分鐘就出來了，還不給退錢 真的很惡，就跟那個韓國大媽的嘴臉一樣）
衞生：臟的無話可説，枕頭被子鞋子浴室 一看就是不打掃的那種臟 ，一股味道
環境：汽車旅店都不如
服務：充滿了不屑鄙夷不耐煩
設施：設施都臟亂差

여기선 예약 잘 안 하는지 한참 헤맸네요. 숙박 자체는 괜찮았습니다. 위치는 짐 없이 가긴 괜찮아요. 나가면 먹거리 놀 거리 좀 있는 위치입니다~
