The hotel is small but since it was a nearby hotel to my relatives in Sutton Coldfield. However, overall the hotel is not bad and quiet, the restaurant provides a wide variety of British brewage

Kathy was really good at reception Very helpful and jolly person. Room was nice, clean Kathy helped me in finding my way. Also helped me punching my registration in She also helped me using the drinks machine. All in all I would say good hotel and good staff

Emily was fantastic at check in , room excellent as usual, the breakfast was great. And had onsite car parking that is handy throughout the stay. The pub attached is a reasonable price and has a great atmosphere. Everything you want in a premier inn experience

Brilliant reception staff and lovely place . Lovely hotel to stay at and staff extremely helpful and chatty on check in. The hotel is in a great area and the pub next door has some good offers on for food and drink . Room was clean and tidy and in good condition .

No one on reception, had to wait around 10 minutes before someone came to check us in. Cobwebs on the ceiling, suggesting they do not clean their rooms thoroughly considering they charge alot for the room Good parking, staff were friendly. Beds and bathroom was decent.

Fabulous room, really good size, clean fresh bedding. Good size tv and tea coffee making facilities. Great bath for hot soaks! Greene king next door so evening meal was lovely and breakfast. Hairdryer in the room as well as free WiFi and onsite parking.

Good customer service. Quick check in. Ample free car parking! Good size mugs for tea:coffee which is rare in hotels and free extra coffee/sugar/milk etc which you can help yourself to in reception ! Spacious room. Really comfy beds and pillows. For a reasonably priced hotel this is good value and I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Stayed weekend with partner, had a lovely time, room was very clean, met Kathy who was so helpful, we enjoyed the pub next door really chilled atmosphere, if anything needs looking at it would be the car park, but other than that it was a lovely Cheers premier Inn

We needed a place to stay for the night after complications with another hotel. Luckily we were able to get a room. The room was of the usual quality of a Premier Inn. However, the on desk staff Kathy was fantastic. She was kind, welcoming and accommodating. If there was anything we needed Kathy went out of her way to help. Even information on breakfast and parking. After arriving late at night we surprised and wowed by the top customer service we received. We would go back again just to see Kathy again!
