One king bed, one queen(in the loft), a double/full (downstairs) and 2 bunks + a full in the bunk room provide ample sleeping for two families in 3 bedrooms and a loft. This home is off-grid so it is rustic, but well equipped with a gas fridge, gas stove and a solar powered electrical system with a back up generator.
