"Wonderful trip with welcoming and professional staff who went above and beyond for us as a family. We traveled with our infant son, and the entire staff made us feel right at home even going to pick up baby supplies that were lost when we had to rebook due to weather. Truly five star service at the Surf Club, and we can’t wait to return!"

Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West ★★★

📍 9418 Collins Ave, Surfside

"We stayed here during the Christmas holidays 2024. We were paying $800 US plus tax for our room per night. The room had no air conditioning did not work and the management did not seem to care. They offered no help or compensation or cared about fixing it and we were here for 10 days. One of our kids kept waking up all night, which kept us up because of the heat in the room. We spoke to the manager, Ron who seemed to not care at all. I would highly not recommend this place."

Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel

Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel ★★

📍 9576 Collins Ave, Surfside

"a true boutique. Quiet/private. We stayed at a small 2bdrm/2 bath (king and queen beds) suite with living room & kitchen for a fraction of the cost of the major chain hotels across the street for ONE standard room. Note: no breakfast available but unending amazing variety of restaurants' options on the next block and the beach less than a block proximity more than compensate costly options. The staff is superbly professional and personable."

"La habitación es una habitación de primera calidad. Nota: No hay desayuno disponible, pero sin una gran variedad de opciones de restaurantes en el próximo bloque y la playa menos de un bloque cercano más que compensar opciones costosas."
