Hoteles cerca del Q1 Skypoint Observation Deck, Surfers Paradise

Booked a one bedroom ocean spa apartment for 6 nights in Mid Oct 2024. Stayed on 38 floor. First impression when entering that apartment was ”great view”. Apartment is spacious and very clean, kitchen facility has stocked with many pot & pan and utensils, can make regular meals with no issue. Also has washer & dryer too. There is a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom that is a bonus! We brought food from Coles supermarket (walking distance from Q1) and made breakfast and dinner. To get to Q1 resort from Gold Coast airtport, We brought a public transport card ”GO” from shop in airport arrival hall, took the airport bus #777 from airport (30 minutes ride) to Broadbeach, transfer to the local tram, get off at Surfers Paradise stop. Q1 resort is right across the street. The whole ride is last than 45 minutes, cost only 50 cents AUD., great deal!! BTW, all bus & tram ride within Gold Coast area is 50 cents. So get a GO card. Just make sure you tap on and off with each ride.

It is a conveniently located and comfortable accommodation. The quality of the breakfast buffet was excellent, and it was very cozy and ideal for staying with family.

Had an upgrade from an Executive Suite to Family Suite giving more room space with views of the beach and daily room services kept our Suite fresh and clean. The Breakfast menu was always our go to and got us ready for our busy day. Thank you Novotel Surfers Paradise for always making our stay feeling like home.

Best location at surfer paradise. Directly just opposite. Very convenience and alot of restaurant around the area. View was nice and the apartment is good.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Es un gran servicio. Muchas comodidades en esta propiedad lo hizo también un gran tiempo. Muy limpio. Muchas toallas. Cama confortable. No hay otras quejas sólo una buena estadía!

總體感覺不錯 優點： 1. 衞生很乾凈，房間基礎設施比較齊全，房間也很新。 2. 房型很大，有一個很大的陽台，有廚房，客廳和兩個房間，兩個洗手間。 3. 樓下有很多飯店，酒店離海灘很近，附近還有電車站，交通便利。 4. 可以使用希爾頓酒店的所有的設施器材如泳池、健身房等。 不足之處： 1. 沒有24小時前台服務，衹有10am-5pm才有office staff，如果有事想要聯繫他們會比較困難，比如我這次忘拿了一條插電線，當地時間下午通過攜程3點聯繫他們，但是前台一直不回覆，直到第二天早上很晚才回復，但物品已經被清潔處理了，就整個服務很滯後很不方便。（這是主要的問題） 2. 要有額外的入住前清潔費158澳幣，感覺加上酒店費用也不算便宜。 3. 不包含早餐，當然也可以在附近吃，附近有很多的餐廳，不算很大的問題。 4.提供的被子有一點薄，冬天去可能要注意一下，訂酒店前可以問問客服有沒有備用的。

Recientemente estuvo durante la semana, así que no hay ruido del club de playa de Cali a la puerta. De hecho, muy tranquilo una vez la puerta de balcón se cerró. Pero hey, tu en Surfers Paradise para que no puedes esperar silencio absoluto. Las habitaciones estaban un poco en necesidad de una pintura, pero así que qué. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. No tenía que usar ninguno de mis propios suministros, excepto pasta de dientes y tobillo. Las chicas en la recepción fueron muy amables y bienvenidas.

I was one of the attendees for FurDU 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Gold Coast (11 - 15 May 2023), and I was very pleasantly surprised about my time at the hotel itself. Once I got to the hotel, I went to reception, took a little while to check in, the staff were very friendly and quite helpful. They explained to me some of the key features of the hotel itself, also the fact that I was one of their club members or something, and that I had free internet throughout my stay - which was a bonus - hardly ever used it though. As I walked back to the lift I checked my room number - which had a bit of significance with myself (give you a clue: the angelic number). To get to your floor, just simply tap the card on the scanner, then press the floor, only took a matter of seconds before I reached mine, and not long before I had finally let myself into my room. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, as I placed my bags down I took a quick tour of the room to see what amenities I had. The bathroom was quite spacious, a rather large shower and plenty of towels etc (which came in handy). As I'd spent a long trip getting up to the hotel I was a bit on the sweaty side, so I got a quick change of clothes, had a quick shower (make sure the door clicks all the way in - otherwise you'll end up flooding the bathroom floor which is what I ALMOST did). (There's so much positive stuff to write about the hotel - so I'll keep it short) The bed itself, quite spacious, the pillows themselves were plenty enough, I found that I got a good night's sleep, and in the morning went down had some breakfast - a great selection to choose from, be it from hot food, to pastries, cereal and even fruit and yoghurt. Relish (the restaurant) takes care of breakfast in the morning, plenty of space to sit, have as much as you want to eat for breakfast and get out again. Dinners were absolutely amazing, same spot, the staff were quite friendly, very quick to take my order (had the chicken parmi one night, the burger the next), and a beer or two to drink. The next night I went to the restaurant - I pretty much got the same spot where I sat last time, the wait staff even remembered what kind of beer I had from the night before ... now THAT'S impressive, also one aspect about service that I really enjoyed. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, so much so I honestly cannot wait to return next year to experience it all over again .. In all honesty there's nothing at all I can fault the hotel for .. a full 5 * review from all aspects of the hotel, the staff, the food and beverage and everything they've got to offer. So, if you're looking for a place to stay, be it for a short trip away, or a longer vacation, depends on what you're doing, be it visiting the theme parks or the local attractions, I would, without hesitation, highly recommend your stay at the Crowne Plaza Surfer's Paradise, try and get a room with a high floor facing the beach as the views

Huge villa! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Aircon is centralized, hot and cold shower, available 24 hours, big balcony, patio and roof deck where you can grill your own food. It is also located near the pool area. Literally a few steps away frrom the villa. Bed and linens were all very clean and comfortable too. I will recommend this place to families and big groups of friends.

Our kids were fascinated with the 4 cartoon characters they have at the resort. We were told that they pay a visit during breakfast hours. Having missed them on two occasions, we wanted to ensure our little ones got to meet them. We were told yesterday that if you come at 8am they will be here in between till 8 30am. We woke up early beside being tired from all Dreamworld activities and made it for breakfast at 8am. Our little girls were so eager to meet them, then the staff made up lies began, they are on their way, they are at the kids club, it's busy today should be here at 9am, we kept waiting till 9 20 still nothing. Then staff at front desk advised they may not come today, hopefully tomorrow. A bunch of non caring staff just going about doing their job not caring the impact of their actions. You made my little ones Cry, Their words 'this is the worst day at a holiday over' so here you go guys wear these disappointed as a badge. This is beside the bed that we got in the room waking up with a backache each morning as it sinks like a tub overnight, it's been gulping neurofen with breakfast each morning Room 3221, yes we are still here - last day but not impressed. This resort has so much it could get right and make it perfect - it starts with caring
