Service at the lobby bar was horrible , no one serve after sitting there for 10 min. Waiting for almost 20 min for a bowl of fries. There are 3-4 staffs on the floor and it was not busy at that time.

Service was great however room was quite dated, carpets and cabinets are old. Did not use gym facilities as it seems like it is beside a loud generator so it was noisy and in a small underground room. Parking on site was easy, $20 overnight. Room with minimal ocean view at level 9.

We stayed in a deluxe room. The hotel room was smaller than we thought, especially the bathroom. Although the room had been renovated, the overall condition of the hotel was worse than other Novotel hotels we stayed before. No wonder they have been renovating the hotel since last year.
The location was great, right at the Surfers Paradise. You could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes, fast food, pubs and supermarkets.

The location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life.
Great rooms on the 22nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious for up to 3/4 people.
The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests.
I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests.
The check-in and check-out process was great, made conveniently for guests and staff, there's no long cues at the reception👍🏾
We'll definitely be returning.

The room was spacious, but needed more detailed cleaning, ie. glass windows, couch. The air con dripped water, and had mould on the air fins. No dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. The single beds sagged in the middle. The air con seemed undersized for the space. Some kitchen cupboard doors were hard to open, one wouldn't close at all.
But otherwise, the location was good and the unit safe and secure, the kitchen was reasonably well equipped, the views were nice. Pity that the fire alarms went off twice after hours with two firetrucks having to attend to reset the alarms, quite disruptive.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Q1. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and views are just too amazing, making our stay extremely comfortable.
The amenities were top-notch, with a well-maintained pool, a fully equipped gym. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation.
Overall, our stay at Q1 exceeded my expectations. This is the second time we stay, and will definitely return.

Amazing hotel, so modern and clean! We got a beachfront room on the 22nd floor – the view was incredible. The facilities were great, and I loved that the sauna and indoor pool were free. The gym was okay, could use more weights, but it's small. It was pricey, but the location and room were worth it.

EekelliOur stay at the Ruby by CLLIX was fantastic. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our apartment was on level 13 with an amazing view of the Gold Coast. The apartment was well equipped for our needs. We will definitely book here again the next time we visit the Gold Coast.

UUsuario anónimoI had a pleasant stay in Gold Coast. The hotel is close to beach. I can see ocean from the balcony. Room is clean. The downsides are there is stingy smell of renovation in the room, but gladly I can open the balcony door to let the air in. Also, there is huge sound from two exhaust fans on the ground floor, which disturb me much, and is making sound all day. Plus the too upbeat music from swimming pool. Wish the music can be more chill and gentle. Besides from these, the staff are overall very friendly.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at H residencies (room 24106) for 4 days in June. The location is amazing - close to beach, restaurants, clubs and shops. Very happening place. Beautiful view from the balcony too. Access to 3 swimming pools, spa and sauna.
However, following reasons, we were not very happy with.
- in both the bathrooms, the shower door won’t close properly, water spills outside, making the whole bathroom wet. Safety hazard as it’s very slippery and you have to be very careful. Moping and drying after each shower.
- the carpet and the rug need a good washing and cleaning. They were dusty and dirty.
- there was no conditioner or body lotion provided. It is very usual to have these amenities. I never carry them to any holiday stay overs.
- the AC won’t go more than 24C, which is generally okay but my parents felt cold it would have been good to have extra blankets or portable fan heater or fan for summer for people with different needs.
- it is next to impossible to talk to anyone. I could only contact them through TRIP.COM app or email. No one picks up the call or replied to normal message.
- there were many patches on the walls and not well presented. Furniture also looked old and dirty.

UUsuario invitadoFirstly, location, check-in and facilities were all great. Easy to navigate, great communication and the assistant in the office (physical) was helpful and easy to deal with.
Inside the apartment: couch was broken, coffee machine was broken, there were no dishwasher tablets to wash dishes. There was mould behind all curtains and in the corners of all areas of the apartment. The cleaners had randomly left behind sheets and towels when they left the apartment. There was no plug for the bath (however I requested one and it was brought up that day). Such a mixed review because we paid $1500 for 4 nights, which I think is an average price so I wasn't expecting 5 stars. View, location and service was actually really great. I think the communication was outstanding, actually, but the apartment itself I think has not been managed well in terms of facilities and cleanliness.

Estacionamiento es un poco de un pesadilla como tienes que estacionar en la calle. Unos pocos tipos crueles que se quedan alrededor de por lo general en los fines de semana, pero no hay problemas que hemos encontrado. Se quedará otra vez

I recently stayed at the Ipanema in Gold Coast and had a fantastic experience. I was so worried that i might not be able to check-in to the hotel as I arrivedl during off hour but they left the key in a box which made it easier to check-into the hotel. Everything about the stay was great—from the hotel itself to the room, bed, and all the facilities.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The location is also a big highlight—perfectly situated between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, 12-15mins from hotel making it convenient to get around and enjoy everything the Gold Coast has to offer.
The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice pool, gym, and secure parking. Everything was in great condition and well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive overall experience.
I would definitely recommend Ipanema to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Gold Coast .

MMelzza23Lamentablemente no tuvimos una gran estancia. Reservamos 3 apartamentos para unas vacaciones familiares y todos los 3 tenían problemas. Todos los 3 apartamentos tenían malos cons. 1 cons no funcionaba en absoluto y también un baño en ese apartamento tampoco funcionaba. También cuando llegamos, encontramos que uno de nuestros parques tenía un coche estacionado en él y que otros dos fueron asignados al mismo parque de coches que nosotros. Todos hemos contactado con la compañía de viajes y se les ha dicho a todos que busquen ayuda de la recepción del apartamento, que luego nos ha dicho a todos que nos contactemos con la compañía de viajes porque no se ocupan de los apartamentos privados y sus parques de coches. Así que fue de vuelta y de salida por horas, incluso visitamos la oficina dos veces hasta que el coche fue finalmente retirado. In terms of the no aircondition/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting) . Las instalaciones - laguna, gimnasio y piscina son increíbles. Por lo tanto, fue una pena que no nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía debido a la falta de mantenimiento de los apartamentos y el servicio.
