This is the terrible experience I have ever gotten in my life. Real terrible trip.I have been the returning of this hotel for years. This year, I rent the room here around 2 months and 2 weeks because of long vacation. I thought they changed hotel management, staffs, product quality, standard of service. During staying there, on April in my room there were the foot print on the floor a lot. Someone entered my room behind my back. In that time I didn't report to police station. Due to long term of relationship. And the check out date on yesterday, they sent me the pictures and also VDO Clip to show me that I should pay for the floor cleaning if it cannot remove. It is the big spot of coffee on the floor and left for extremely long till dry. My question 1. Hotel including cleaning services. It is meant you have never clean the room for me properly for long time. This picture is the best evidence of your careless. You let's your customers stayed with the dirty things and terrible smell for long time. 2. This spot is under the big bed. I don't think I have enough ability to move the big bed or enjoy drinking coffee under the bed. 3. Hotel know my conditions very well. I am heart failure attack patient. I can't drink any caffeine at all. 4. At the room checking time on check out minute, why don't you block me and show me about this dirty spot in front of my eyes? Normally, hotel nature, if you didn't get the money from your customers yet for any damages things in the room, impossible to release the customer. 5. The picture can make. Because I cleaned this room by myself before leaving. No dirty spot on the floor. If hotel sure that there is the big spot in the room, and I have to pay the penerty. Hotel should inform me direct and take me to the room. Unfortunately, the feedback from the hotel after I asked them these questions, they keep silent like blocked me completely. And they said they don't want to welcome me and my daughter anymore. Me too...by my honest, the unsucrity place like this. When you have any problems with your customers, at least you should reply the question from your customers with fact and sincerity.
