El hotel estaba bastante bien. El descanso fue muy bueno 😌. El personal de Recipton estaba bien. Pero el servicio de habitaciones era deficiente. La ubicación es excelente para personas de negocios. Está muy cerca de la estación principal de trenes de Surat. Y zona muy animada. El mercado de Textille está a poca distancia a pie de los empresarios de Textille.

Aquí está la zona de la ciudad... El hotel entero estaba vacío... de las 2 habitaciones reservadas, una se renovó y se pidió que pagara por la segunda... la única diferencia entre las 2 habitaciones era sólo 1 piso aparte y una era limpia y otra era confusa... Buenas y adecuadas habitaciones... Yo tendría tasa 3.5 de 5

We stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.
