At the 2a. M. Electric discharge, it continued up to 5a. M. It is very horrible that there was not any dg connection and at night we are sitting with the feeling hot. One more thing staff behaviour is very bad.

The staff of the hotel is pathetic and careless people busy talking on call and worst room condition on the name of ac it is just a ac box no clean towels this hotel and broken taps i have my worst experience in this hotel stay

Wardrobes or any other furniture were not there in room. Ac was not cooling the room. Staff were not at all supportive.

1 this is not the hotel it's a shopping centre. There is no food available at the hotel. So any guest steps out to have dinner and arrives at the hotel after 10pm you won't be able to park the car inside the premises, i had to park it on the road side. Ac was not working at all. I had to literally prove to the staff that ac is not working. They don't care whatsoever. Ni called mmt after which they changed the room which was almost the same. This is not the place for family at all. There were too many mosquitoes in the room. Also, the geyser was not working. I was traveling with a 3 year old kid. This was really the worst experience i had. I guess this was my last booking with mmt.
