I always considered Supetar as a ferry port and nothing else. But this resort turned my opinion upside down. The place is beautiful, with awesome beaches, cozy accommodation and wonderful food. Even in September, we could choose one of three restaurants with excellent dishes for every taste, from gluten-free to meat lovers. As we arrived a day earlier, we have spent a night in penthouse apartment and the rest of vacation in the beach house. Penthouse was luxurious, but the beach house is something completely new for us. Imagine that you don't need to have your reserved spot on the beach, but you go out to swim directly from the apartment? In Dalmatia, this is hard to imagine, but this resort has it. Looking forward to return here on our next vacation.

The Waterman Kaktus on Brac Island is a huge complex with lots to do for all ages with friendly staff. Clean but outdated. Said yes for a ckean but no one appeared back!Linen thin, pillows flat, shower temp iffy. Pool table old, bad cues, no chalk! Food variable and not always hot. Towels reserving sunbeds annoying by pool but states not allowed, no policing.

We stayed at Hotel Kaktus at the resort for a week in August. We were sold the ‘privilege package’ through Tui. Overall, we felt that the hotel was more of a 3* than a 4* and wasn’t really suitable for couples who wanted to relax by the pool. Our main issue was with the privilege package that we were sold which included entry to the adult only pool. At no point were we informed that our all inclusive drinks were not included at this pool and that you could not bring all inclusive drinks in there. If we would have known this we wouldn’t have bothered paying. The hotel have responded to a recent review stating the the ‘Lenox Pool’ is seperate to the hotel. If so, why was it sold to us a part of the hotel package? The room was very basic, the worst 4* hotel room we’ve seen. Bathroom door broken, cheap shower tiles peeling away and a birds nest on the balcony with bird droppings everywhere. It really didn’t feel like a 4* room. Food was tasty but a little boring after a couple of nights. Drinks were ok if you stay away from the cocktail. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, would rather pay more for a decent 4* hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was worried after reading some of the reviews but enjoyed everything about it. Great room, food, drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location. Walked to left on the beach and found lovely little cove with very calm water about 10 minutes away. Water was quite choppy by the hotel. Only here for 2 days but would definitely return.

This is a beautiful resort, in a stunning location - the sunsets are amazing! Clean and modern rooms, beautiful swimming pools and several restaurants. The resort is much bigger than I expected, so there is a bit of walking, depending on where your room is located. We did all inclusive, which suited us - nice drinks and quite a lot of options. Food was great, though don't expect a huge selection - it was perfect for us. Always pasta, pizza, salad and then other meat and vegetables. The manager helped us with a small issue and then always checked in on us whenever he saw us, which we really appreciated. Would definitely visit again!

PROS Facilities - the rooms are clean and comfortable (although they look nothing like they do on the website/booking site). Location- Beautiful location with lush surroundings and pebble beaches close by. Very clean resort. It is a 10-15 mins walk to centre/mirena with a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Plenty of sun loungers. CONS Food. You are allocated a restaurant when you arrive and you have to eat there for breakfast, lunch and supper. There are no children’s options at all (unless you want a slice of pizza for lunch and supper every night). Every piece of chicken had bones in it. There was not much choice and was by far the smallest all inclusive buffet I have ever experienced. Not an all inclusive dining/drink experience that needs attention. We had to eat out 6 evenings out of 7 (foodica is an onsite restaurant where you receive 10% discount and is delicious with lovely sunsets) Lack of drink stations around a large resort, particularly at the kids pool. Full fat cola is not included on all inclusive. No iron to rent. Only option was to pay per item to have them ironed. Staff were not very helpful mainly due to not understanding English. The site advised either a pool or garden view however we had a large, overgrown bush/tree with no view at all. Overall, the all inclusive service requires attention. I have been to over 20 all inclusive resorts and this was was by far the most disappointing. No attention to detail. Cocktails are served in little plastic cups and no special little touches. Very disappointed that we worked so hard for this holiday only for it to be such a let down.

The beach is fabulous, that is it. Admittedly we were in an economy room as that was all that was available but it was uninhabitable. There was no window, there was no shower curtain, there was no soap in the dispenser, there was no blanket when the air conditioner dropped the temperature. You had to rent a key for the room safe, you had to rent a beach towel. The only way to get a decent cocktail was to pay extra. Even the food was below average. BIG PASS!

The program is great. Hotel is very comratble and the drinks are great. All of the animators are great and very funny all kids love them. Hotel is in good location with great beach besides it. If you walk a little bit you will come to sand beach for games with the ball.

The beds were poor, the bathriom too, all in all not worth the price. Cocktails at the bar are made from sugary cheap sirups, the food is poor quality and same all holiday. There is parking that has to be paid for, there is mini safe that has to be paid, additional room cleaning has to be paid, beach towels have to be paid. The only thing that was great was the beach and water quality and the staff is friendly.. Wouldnt recommend! The management will have to do some homework and improve on most of things, not just rising the price into the sky!
