Fuimos a ver el juego de pre-estacional de 49 ers y mi marido reservaba esta habitación. Aunque nos revisamos muy tarde y cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación había dos anzuelos en el baño por el ducha, le dije a mi marido y él dijo que bebé vamos a comer algo así que nos fuimos y fuimos a buscar pizza y alas, Cuando volvimos, comíamos y nos fuimos a tomar una ducha quedó dormido. Mi marido se despertó a las 6:00 a la vuelta de la luz y me despertó para decirme que la mesa está cubierta de anzuelos y nuestra comida y ropa omg me estaba tan apagado y llamado a la mesa delantera la señora dijo que su gerente no estaba allí y para llamar de vuelta el lunes. Mi marido estaba tomando una ducha y yo le dije adiós. Se fue a la escalera a la mesa delantera y le dijo a la señora que nuestra habitación estaba infestada con anzuelos, ella básicamente le dijo que la comida no estaba allí así que él tuvo pista y le dijo a la señora que miraba usted me dijo que debo esperar en la habitación que está infestada con anzuelos hasta 12:00 no creo que lo sea, le dio una habitación diferente y dijo que tendríamos que hablar con el gerente el lunes, dijo que era ruda. Nos permitió encontrar una habitación diferente y fue a comer un desayuno que fue excelente y después fuimos a nadar en la piscina fue muy agradable.En general, los hoteles es un lugar muy agradable tranquilo que definitivamente quedaremos allí otra vez , Pero hablaremos con el gerente sobre nuestra situación

UPDATE: The on call manager was contacted after I emailed the property about my concerns, and she was amazing. Resolved our issue by replacing the pillows and apologizing for the inconvenience, she also offered a discount on our first night, which was appreciated. The double charge and lack of AC in the bedroom were still issues, but free laundry is a big plus, the location was great for our needs, and breakfast wasn't bad. Overall, I'd stay again, as long as we don't have to deal with Sam the night manager 😬 Original review: The hotel itself is alright, but management has been awful. They couldn't find my request for an upstairs room and charged me twice at check in, then we discovered there's not really any AC in the bedroom (the hotel room has a living area with AC, but the bedroom has a tiny hole in the wall for the air to circulate through). Not big deals, so we go about our day. When I got back to the room to sleep, I noticed they only had feather pillows, which I am very allergic to. Called down to ask about an alternative and Sam, the night manager, was awful about it. He claimed to have no idea what kind of pillows these are, and said that in his three years as a manager, he's never been asked. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. I asked for a blanket to roll up as a makeshift pillow for the night and was told I'd have to go get it since nobody is available to bring it. Again, fine, except when I got down, there was someone else working the desk, so it seems like the least they could do would be to apologize for the hassle and deliver the blanket-pillow, rather than be entirely rude about the whole thing. The bed has been fine, the room is hot, and my back/neck officially hurt from sleeping on a rolled up blanket, but overall, I'd not recommend staying here due to the attitude you'll encounter at the front desk, and check your bank statement to be sure they didn't charge you twice. Our stay + deposit meant I'm out an extra $750 for a few days while the bank sorts it out, not ideal on vacation.

I stayed at this hotel for business for one night. The Aloft Sunnyvale Hotel was modern and chic in style. I liked how there were different colored lights on the lobby floor. I drive to this location but coming here at night, the environment felt suspicious. There were some people circling around the parking lot staring. It didn’t feel safe at night. The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. They led me to a spacious room that had a fantastic bedding. The TV for some reason didn’t work and when I tried calling front desk, the phone didn’t work either. The TV remote had some odd water residue and I surely don’t want to know what it is. There could be a bit of better cleaning in here. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The W XYZ Bar was quiet. The lobby has some outlets if you need to do some work. The hotel itself is in steps with downtown Sunnyvale where you can get your local eats. The location is fantastic, but the cleanliness and safety of the hotel will need some more work. One night for business as the location was close to my customer. Staff was very nice. They do charge $15 for parking which is a bit of a joke. Room was clean and typical courtyard format. I was on the first floor facing the street and there was alot of street noise. Overall the location was great. The room was good but the Street Noise and parking charge knocked it down for me

I'm a Hilton Gold Member and was given the perks associated with membership. The room was great although they had some difficulties with the digital key system. We attended the ETB NYE party and had a blast! The music was great and use of the ballroom with the beautiful decor and lighting. We did have to wait a long time for drinks and there was no food available. We ended up door dashing some food and was tempted on going out for drinks. Overall a great venue if they could just staff up for big parties like a NYE party.

El hotel es perfecto para nuestra estancia de tres días para el matrimonio de mi hijo. Cada persona que nos encontró en la mesa era tan amable. Las habitaciones estaban sin escena y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. El hotel tiene una habitación de baño y ducha, y todo lo que necesitaba era en la cocina, incluyendo plata, plata, gafas, cafetería (que me encantó porque podía beber un helado). La habitación estaba muy tranquila y la cama muy cómoda. Hay una hermosa piscina, un baloncesto y un asiento al aire libre. La sala de estar tenía un sofá, una silla y una TV. Cada habitación también tenía una TV. Muy contento con todo acerca de los Sonesta ES Suites!

This is a 4.5 star review is for THIS CATEGORY of hotels. This isn't the Ritz or Four Seasons, nor is it a Westin or Hyatt or even a regular Marriott. With that said, I'm comparing this to Fairfield Inn & Suites, TownPlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, etc during March 2022 while we are still coming out of a pandemic. Pro: Close to SJC 900+ square feet Laundry on site $1.75/$1.50 (coin operated is cheaper than using the app, front desk has quarters) Breakfast M-F is hot. SS grab n GO (March 2022, this might be pandemic related) Fitness center 24/7 (cardio and free weights) Arranged like townhouses, each building has 4 units, 2 on street level, 2 upper level. Penthouses include upstairs loft bdrm/bath Coffee daily (Starbucks) Filtered water at front desk dispenses cold and hot We were in penthouse suite which is on 2nd floor walk up (3rd floor is the loft bdrm + bath), parking was right next to the unit Parking $12/night Driving distance less than 10min from so many places (Levi stadium, Great America, Top Golf, Mountain View, Santa Clara) and all major freeways Front desk staff is great, addressed me by name each time and friendly & professional Less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods Santa Clara, which is an Amazon delivery hub so you can ship stuff directly there and they'll hold it for about 2 weeks. Con Floors thump if you're on street level If your building is against the highway, you'll hear some highway noise, bring earplugs. Stairs to loft are not regulation size, almost ladder size so can easily slip down if you have socks and misstep (we know from experience) Shower door would not stay closed during shower Fry pans but no spatula The pullout sofa bed was the absolute worst sofa bed, you could feel the coils on your back, we had to buy an air mattress. Despite the cons, we really liked the drive up to your unit setup (vs a hotel), it felt like living in a townhouse, we hardly saw other guests, and the location for us was perfect, this was our home base for 4 nights and I would stay here again.
