Room was clean. Front desk lady was very helpful and nice and got us a good deal on the price... Wasn't very rushed to get out and very understanding being a few mins late to check out

My experience with the hotel is that when me and my family opened the door to the room, it was extremely hot, and smelled dirty, and musky. We put the cooler on, and it was noisy, and the tv worked awful, it was of low quality, and the plug in on the lamp by the bed, didn't work. We also only had one roll of paper toilet, that we had to share. And when we tried to go to sleep, the cooler would shut off on us, so we had to get up a few times to put it back on, by, lowering it to 63 degrees, and then raising it back to 73 degrees. also, the tv worked terribly, we could not see a clear picture in any channel, and when I called the office to tell them, the guy hung up on me three times. We had a terrible night, and did not sleep well, especially because of the smell that rose from the rug, it stunk, although the room looks clean, the rug was unhealthy to breath, and needs to be shampooed badly. My advice to this motel is to upgrade the cooler, the tv, and the lamps, and put at least two rolls of paper toilet in each room, and to immediately shampoo their rugs, and this is not all. the people there also said that they serve breakfast, and had some muffins, and so when we went down to get coffee, there were no muffins, and we asked them, and they brought us some little, tiny, muffins, that looked more like it was meant for a little child. we were not happy at all with this place, and will never go back again. I hope one day they shampoo their rugs for the health of those that have to sleep, and breath in their motel.
