We came as a group of 6, children included. There is a big pool with a water slide, my nephew (7) was very exited about it and spent hours sliding and climbing back up. There were no lines as there were roughly 10-15 kids overall in the pool. There is a person with a “life-guard” shirt but all he did was sit at the pool bar, smoke and look at his phone, even when some kids were at distress. There are good shade options around the pool. Note that you don’t get towels for the pool. Dining room: Breakfast includes eggs, cheese, sausages, bread and a few fruits and vegetables. It would have been nice to have more vegetable options other then tomato and cucumber. Coffee comes from a machine and is REALLY bad. We tried lunch one day, there is no kids menu, we ordered chicken wings for the kids only to realize when they are extremely spicy. Burgers came with cheese despite asking to not put cheese on them, and the fish I ordered came after almost 50 minutes, unbeatable, and when the kids are already really tired so we just wanted to get away. Why wouldn’t you tell the customers that the dish is spicy, or that a dish can take so long? Really bad service and below average food. As to the rooms, there is a small kitchen and a small fridge. Balcony: wasn’t cleaned until we complained. The light is on automatically from 8 PM to midnight. So to go to sleep the only option is to close the curtains. Shower: there’s a shower with one glass wall, a toilet and a boiler. I don’t know how people don’t get electrified this way. In addition I bent over to pick something up from the floor and when I got up I hit my head on the boiler, quite a nasty bump I now have on my head, which ruined the last 24 hours of the trip. There’s also rust on the boiler. Overall, I’d go someplace else
