Avoid this hotel,Honestly its the worst we have ever been in and we have been in a few 2* and 3* hotels way better than this one, in a nutshell no Atmosphere its eat and go All inclusive does not include cocktails just beer and soft drinks and you have to fight to get ice,staff are afraid to even smile,and when you have the lady manager going round like lady muck watching their every move why would they ,kids club which was advertised was a no show,food for kids was pizza and chips every day,This hotel in not for the English or Irish people, The only person who smiled and did a great job was our cleaner,plug sockets not screwed to the wall fridge not working and been a diabetic i needed the fridge,They didn't seem to want to interact with people who didn't speak their language,we were told to get up of our table twice even tho we were not finished but the table next to us was and wasn't told to leave {none speaking English } I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and as far as what i have read from other reviews from 2024 they have done nothing to change anything at all, pictures on their page for the bedrooms and food are not what you get in the hotel they were only highlighted to make it look nice, but trust me it wasn't

This was probably the worst place I've ever stayed in,sockets loose in wall,fridge not working, reported several times,food selection was poor,very limited choice for kids,definitely nowhere near a 4 star hotel,more like a 2 star, apart from a couple of staff the majority were very unhelpful and customer service seemed to be very low on their priorities, favourite word of this hotel was NO.gym equipment broken ,but to be honest to even describe it as a gym was a joke. definitely would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.there was only one pillow per person and when asked for another the receptionist said we couldn't, but after a bit of discussion we got what could only be described as a over used excuse for a pillow. If mpm think this is acceptable service , well sadly they're completely off the mark.

Hotel rooms are basic,plug sockets falling out of wall,fridge not working after continuously asking for it to be repaired,pillows are useless asked for more told couldn't get any.staffs favourite word is no.manager walks around with her head up her ass.food is poor standard for 4 star ,definitely not 4 star standard.some staff are helpful and will try to help but all in all I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person..

MPM Hotel Condor Sunny Beach Good hotel 958577617 I rest with my friends and children in this hotel. Upon check-in, Irina and Volodymyr were pleasantly greeted at the reception, who showed and explained everything. Thanks to the manager Olena for the quick check-in, for her customer orientation. The staff is always friendly and polite. Cozy, comfortable, clean rooms with balconies. They regularly came to the room to clean. The hotel is constantly kept clean. In the restaurant, the dishes are always clean, the plates are warm. The hotel is 40 meters from the beach. Food in the restaurant is tasty, high-quality, everything is served in the form of a buffet. There was always meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, 2 types of soups, side dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of seafood in the hotel, considering its not high price. The bar has delicious ice cream, high-quality juices, sodas. The coffee in the coffee machine is instant Nescafe - high-quality , the Light All system includes only beer, rosé, and red wine from the Bulgarian manufacturer. There are 2 pools for adults and children with mattresses adults. A quality hotel for an adequate price. You can safely choose for your vacation, both for adults and for children.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel! The location is perfect, right on the first line of the beach, offering breathtaking views. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The reception team was professional and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The rooms were always spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping service. We were so impressed with everything and will definitely be coming back again!

We had a wonderful stay at MPM Hotel Condor! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the all-inclusive option was great value for money. We especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious food at the restaurant. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We spent here 7 nights and the hotel had everything we needed. Nice pool and facilities around it, all-in bar, really tasty food and snacks, great location, friendly staff, young people around and music, overall great vibe. It met our expectations.

Everything was really good! Tasty and varied food, great sea view, clean and comfortable room, the location is very close to the beach. I’d like to mention the hotel staff specially. Both at the reception and in the restaurant, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back here again!

Very cozy hotel near the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean and the food was varied. Thaks to the front office, Olena, who responded very politely to all requests. The hotel is under a new brand since last year and the service is wonderful. Hotel is well maintained and managed.
