Great hotel, renovated. Amazing location. Always great choice of food and drinks. Very little entertainment. Staff needs a bit more training on communication, looked like they dont care :( especialy reception staff. No wifi in room, asked for it to be fixed but no help.... You really need ro wait a long time for the lift - does give you some training on the stairs :) If you overlook these small things, its a great holiday. At the end of the day you make your own holiday :))

First time in Bulgaria had a great time the room was very new beautiful view of the beach the staff who cooked the food outside was great but the bar staff Todor Rachev and a nother lady I can't remember her name were wonderful always looking after us made our holiday we called him lurch

Excellent hotel very highly recommend staff polite and friendly especially guy from pool bar very professional friendly and funny, lady in restaurant manager very friendly also thalady in the lobby bar very polite and friendly will hopefully visit next year

Hotel is absolutely spot on, can't fault the hotel from top to bottom and so fresh smelling and clean, rooms were absolutely brilliant and air con worked brilliantly, the food it's self was nice ( not la carte so if you looking for that not for you) we eat out in the evenings due to us enjoying dishes in bulgeria. Can't comment on evening entertainment as wasn't in the hotel. The drink was nice and all staff was very friendly, we've been coming to sunny beach for many years and 1st to this hotel and not our last as booked again already. We had a side sea view room ( we had it booked) an can't complain as the view was absolutely stunning. The location is good and so central and so close to the beach. We came as a group of 6 in 3 different rooms and everyone's rooms was brilliant. No photos of the room as never took but alot of money has went into the hotel and hopefully people will have respect for the rooms and the hotel.

We were there for 2 weeks with my wife and our 2 children and had the best holiday ever.The hotel is in the perfect location,direct on the beach!The room was good size,modern and we had a lovelly sea view,where you can stay on the balcony and enjoy your coffee for hours.It was very clean and fresh around,the kids spent hours on the pool,it was nicely kept and the staff in general do their best to keep this hotel in pefect condition.There is pub also for a few drinks and the food in the hotel restaurant was wonderful and very tasty, it can satisfy every taste!The staff were very friendly and speak perfect English on the Reception.This hotel is an absolute bargain and we can't wait to go back there next summer!

Evening entertainment needs a massive update as while we were there, there was none, hotel is fantastic apart from that, food was plentiful if not bizarre with being able to have spaghetti and meatballs to having stuffed potato skins, never the less you wouldn’t starve. Location was amazing right on the beach where there is a massive market with everything you could think of to buy, plus bars, club and restaurants all along the strip, all staff members were helpful and very friendly, we arrived late so the reception staff gave us goody bags to go to our room with, first time in Bulgaria and we have already booked to go back! Loved our stay at the grand hotel sunny beach our room and sea view was spectacular, (12th floor), as much as we loved this hotel we wouldn’t return here with our daughter as there was nothing for her to do in the nights, so we went out of the hotel every evening would however return as just a older couple as we really did love the location and the beach that was literally across the road, watch out for those pesky mosquitoes as we didn’t think we would need repellents as it was middle sept how wrong were we 😂

Amazing week away!! My first holiday away without my children in 12 years me and 3 of my friends stayed in the grand hotel sunnybeach all inclusive we wasn’t disappointed absolutely amazingly beautiful hotel rooms are so modern and clean (best holiday shower ever) staff in the hotel absolutely lovely bar a couple of kitchen staff! 😂 Food was absolutely brilliant something for everyone the snack bar bbq outside was fantastic! Now it’s not somewhere I would stay for 2 weeks with my 2 young children the pool area is on the small side and as they love the slides and action parks (gives me some peace) I always look for something with loads for them to do but an absolute perfect get away for adults and teens! Drinks are good 🥴 could do with upgrading there pop to real pop not roller cola! 😂 literally out the back gate and your on the beach! Loads and loads of shops and bars restaurants in general it’s perfect location for either end of sunnybeach The PUB underneath the hotel (not part of the all inclusive) is genuinely my favourite pub in Sunny beach so chilled and staff in there are absolutely fantastic Foods great great prices you go in and feel welcome and comfortable all in all an amazing week away and will defo be returning next year 😊

My honest opinion. First time in Bulgaria... Rooms were modern but bathroom small. Shower was good but water everywhere! Balcony nice with a side sea view. Comfy beds. Pool small. Hotel does not cater for children. Entertainer same thing every day. Bowls, mini golf, Bingo in evening!. Restaurant manageress Petya was lovely. Friendly guys on reception. Couple nice bar staff, but not much English. Food was luke warm most times, repetitive and tasteless. . Flies all over the food, and cakes, put me off, nothing covered up, part from bread. Im going to sunny beach again next year but wouldn't stay here again!!
