Esperanto Hotel

On arrival 3.00 am looking all around for the receptionist to check in we saw who we thought was a guest fast asleep like a Dormouse hibernating on one of the many sofas, it took us over 5 minutes to bring the young man back into the land of the living not a good start to our vacation. Breakfast was cold thick hotdog sausage, cold scrambled omelette and cold fried dough not good. No imagination was used for the breakfast menu eg cereals, croissants or some other tasty food cooked fresh and served HOT. The maids were pleasant the rooms were clean and well maintained. Read the other reviews before you book!

Had a lovely time staying at the Esperanto Hotel, had everything needed. The room was spacious, had a mini fridge, shower room and really spacious balcony. The room was cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and bedding regularly. Communal areas was clean and tidy. We booked Bed and Breakfast, the staff were humbled by our thank yous. It is at the quieter end of Sunny Beach. It had local amenities on its doorstep.

Day 1, The hotel claimed they did not have our booking and suggested we checked in and they would contact *******, the manager asked to borrow my phone to forward the booking details. Day 2, claimed there was no internet in Bulgaria despite it being available in the adjacent businesses. Day 3, claimed ******* was impossible to contact – At this point, I realized we were being scammed, collated my booking information, and found the mail had been deleted from my phone. Contacted ******* and informed them we were being set up for a large bill at the end of the vacation. Day 4, confronted the hotel manager who called in a minder and negotiated an exit. Informed that the non-Expedia booking rate was treble the ******* rate. Each time the manager used her calculator she managed to double the final result. Finally, we agreed on a sum of 225 lev (based roughly on the £22 ******* price) and I was given a bogus receipt for sundry items. Day 5, ******* contacted me and claimed the hotel had received the booking and debited the full amount on top of the additional paid. Total scam and loss just under £160 – As the individual concerned was the only English-speaking member of staff, I guess this treatment is reserved for those who do not speak Russian or Bulgarian.

Had a great time, we had no problem with any of the staff who all work very hard There are safes at reception 6lv per day I emailed before asking for a high floor seaview and although this was never answered that is exactly what we got, room 47 big large balcony we took drinks and snacks up to our room never a problem saw lots of people with supermarket bags and staff never said anything Room is clean looks freshly painted and new laminate floors Think the no food is like takeaway kebabs and curries which smell The pool is small great for cooling off and there is traffic noise but it is screened by hedging and is perfect for a couple of hours Beer at the pool 4lv 20mins walk into nesebar 40 mins walk into the center of sunnybeach Breakfast typical eastern European strange combination but never left hungary we went bedandbreakfast To sum up, if you want a base to go exploring this is great, do not expect entertainment and i wouldn't recommend for families, 5 mins your on the beach 10lv per bed brolly Way's to improve Have sheets big enough to tuck under the mattress Hairdryer 2 coffee machine and 2 toasters at breakfast An enjoyable experience

Hotel mi się podobał. Dogodna lokalizacja. Blisko piaszczystej plaży. W pobliżu znajdują się kawiarnie, apteka i sklepy spożywcze. Za hotelem znajduje się pole do minigolfa. Codziennie sprzątano w pokoju, czysty basen. Śniadania są świeże i urozmaicone + soki, kawa, herbata, ciastka. Bardzo blisko Nesebyru, ciekawego miasta z długą historią. Kościoły w stylu bizantyjskim, stare uliczki, sklepy, wiele restauracji. Pojechałam autobusem do Pomorie, na lecznicze błoto. Bezpłatnie i jest miejsce do mycia po zabiegu.)) Dogodny dojazd do Płowdiwu, miasta o bogatej historii.

Wraz z mężem spędziliśmy lipcowy urlop w hotelu Esperanto i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z całego pobytu. Hotel jest piękny i świetnie położony — do plaży tylko 5 minut spacerem, a do sklepu T Market około 7–10 minut. W okolicy hotelu znajduje się mnóstwo sklepów z pamiątkami, straganów oraz innych restauracji – idealne miejsce na wieczorne spacery i zakupy. Tuż przy hotelu znajduje się Fastfood Esperanto, gdzie jedliśmy najlepszy kebab w życiu, a także pyszną pizzę i naleśniki. Obsługuje tam przemiły, komunikatywny Pan z podejściem do klienta i znajomością języków obcych – naprawdę zasługuje na pochwałę! W samym hotelu są dwie restauracje oraz odkryty basen, który był czysty i zadbany – świetny na relaks w upalne dni. Obsługa hotelowa – recepcja, panie sprzątające, jak i personel restauracji – była przemiła, profesjonalna i pomocna. Atmosfera w hotelu bardzo przyjazna. Posiłki serwowane w hotelu były smaczne, świeże i różnorodne – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wakacje zarezerwowaliśmy przez biuro podróży TUI, które również oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Już na lotnisku czekał na nas pracownik TUI z pomocą i wskazówkami dotyczącymi transportu. Transfer powrotny również był świetnie zorganizowany. Na dwa dni przed wylotem otrzymaliśmy SMS z pełnymi informacjami dotyczącymi podróży – zarówno przyjazdu, jak i wyjazdu. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. I choć to hotel 3-gwiazdkowy, ja z pełnym przekonaniem dałabym mu 5 gwiazdek – za atmosferę, jakość obsługi, lokalizację i ogólne wrażenia z pobytu. Z całego serca polecam Hotel Esperanto oraz TUI każdemu, kto szuka spokojnego, komfortowego wypoczynku w pięknym miejscu. Na pewno chcielibyśmy tam wrócić! 🌞
