Hotel L&B- Free Parking

Do not trust this hotel with your bank card !! They put through 2 transactions when I made one purchase they ripped me off to the value of £47.62 pence , when I asked them in numerous occasions the manager did not reply or return my calls . I would not trust these people if you are thinking of booking with them , also over charging on food , do yourself a favour and don't get accomodation , my bank fraud department are looking into this but I don't have much faith in getting my money back . This was our third year staying in L&B and can't wait to go back it is a family run hoilday lovely family so helpful and so good and kind housekeeping call everyday and so friendly and helpful room service if you want to eat on balcony so relaxing to sit at pool you always meet people to have a drink and chat food lovely service great this family can't do enough you never want for anything just short walk into flowers Street hotel so peaceful and relaxing food lovely looking forward to next yearto going back

This hotel is a little gem the family that run it are very professional and at the same time make you feel at home I've been to various hotels around sunny beach and this is by far the best the location in just out of the thick of it so you get some quiet time but five mins walk to flower Street and very close to water park I've been back in UK a week and missing it already . So much that I've booked the same two weeks next year the hotel manager has been in contact since on a personal level and is now considered a freind

What makes a good hotel you may ask! Well they have to have large spacious rooms so you don’t feel cramped! The service should be good and all the team friendly and welcoming! The place should be clean with an attitude to continually improve. The food should be great to encourage their guests to eat in. This hotel has this and more and is close to the beach and the shops. Family operated and I feel very privileged that I have got to know them and them me. Sunny beach at its very best

Management are the worst. So horrible and unwelcoming, family of 6 and they robbed my child's ball, he was not been boisterous in anyway it just popped out of pool. They have no issues of people smoking and tapping ash into the pool. Disgusting I notice they reply to most reviews saying they are lying. Really?? Is everyone telling lies?? Avoid like the plague. PS - Food is ROTTEN

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days in July 2024. Room for 3 people. The hotel has 3 stars only because of the pool. Actually 2 stars, no more!!!! One of the advantages. Good location. Upon arrival, the room and beds were clean. The pool is clean but small. Of the cons. Upon check-in, they said that the bed linen is changed every 3 days. They changed it twice on time, but the third time the linen was not changed! The room was not cleaned, only towels, garbage bags were changed and toilet paper was replenished. Otherwise, the bath was never washed. Shampoo has never been replaced or replenished in 11 days. There is no bottled water in the room. The air conditioner was leaking, we called the reception, the person who came to fix it was the same person from the reception (apparently, there was a shortage of workers). I must say right away that there were almost never any people at the reception. We had to press the bell button all the time and wait, wait, wait!!! The audibility from the neighboring rooms is 100%., the sound insulation is 0%, while everywhere in the hotel the inscriptions say that noise is not allowed and the noise penalty is BGN 100. If you have a late check-out, then according to the rates at the reception... for every hour, 20 levs. Food. Breakfast is fine, but without frills. Of the fruits, only watermelon, and then if it is finished, it is not replenished, and this is in Bulgaria, where fruits should be in abundance. A separate fat minus is broken dishes!!! In the hotel, every second plate is broken, with chips, this is disrespectful to the hotel guests. Speaking of restaurant prices. Get out of the hotel, and it's cheaper and cleaner there!!!! There are strange green mats by the pool, imitating grass. In a very bad condition!!! Which should have been replaced long ago. At the exit of the so-called restaurant. It's a bunch of the same grass that people stumble and slip on. Which is very dangerous!!!! Conclusion:The hotel is very modest. The employees are not friendly. They don't say hello. I can't get through to the reception at night, the phone rings, although they say they work around the clock.
