Diamond Hotel - All Inclusive

AVOID THIS HOTEL! upon arriving, check in was fast and rooms seemed clean. But that is what you would expect. Apart from that, the food was absolutely awful. I couldn’t get myself to eat it and I’m not a fussy eater. We had to eat out everyday as the hotel food was that bad. It smelt and tasted off. You had a poor variety of food. not much to chose from and what you did have was terrible. No one spoke a word of English and even getting a drink was difficult. You had a poor variety of drinks to chose from and when they did make them they would taste far to strong. We were left without water for 2 different days and when asked they didn’t have much to say. The workers aren’t great either. Kept staring inappropriately and talking in their own language Probably talking inappropriately. So just avoid this hotel and book elsewhere.

the entire week long trip was a disaster. would not recommend this hotel to anyone. on checking in (all flights arrive after 2200)....there was no water / drinks / food avilable...only one person at the desk with 30 guests checking in.....we were herded like cattle...told to sign the papers and leave asap. the hotel was clean, and this was the only positive thing about it. The biggest drawback was the food.....it was INEDIBLE !!! cold, and had no taste at all. THE SAME FOOD WAS REUSED EVERY DAY (IN SOME OTHER FORM)...terrible. even the breakfast had cold food....the scrambled eggs were "bluiesh" and overcooked. sallads were plentiful, but tasteless....my wife survived on tomatoes and feta cheese the whole week. there were signs all over for "fines" ....really unnerving filling water from the dispenser - 100 leva fine / carrying more than 2 drinks 50 leva / coming to the dining room in flipflops 50 leva, sharing meals 100 leva.. soft ice cream machine out of order 3 days out of 5. the worst part was that NOONE understood what we were saying, and didnt care. really irritating. the evening shows were quite good (except for "elvis" )

Worse place I have ever eat in my life there was not one thing I could possibly eat food was freezing cold when meant to be hot complained to hotel and they just smiled and didn’t do anything absolute rude through and through only person who was nice was the old lady on reception definitely stay clear from this hell hole

The hotel is located in the center of Sunny Beach and is 100 meters away from the sea. My room was big and clean. We stayed on the third floor, street view. You could hear the traffic but only with door opened. I did not have problems sleeping. There weren't that many drunken people screaming either. The whole staff was friendly and communicative. I had no problem with check-in, the procedure was very standard. The food was way better than all the reviews. There was variety of meat dishes and vegetarian options such as risotto and pasta. The afternoon snack bar had very decent pizza, too. The drinks at the AI bar were okay, we just preferred getting mixed drinks outside the hotel, so we didn't use it that much. Overall we had a great time in the Diamond Hotel and was a good value for the money we paid.

The hotel offers comfort and controversial relaxation Fully corresponds to a three-star hotel. The 4 stars appear to be set under understated conditions. Which is not a good business strategy - the "four star" customers will be turned away (I think this actually happens), even though the hotel offers prices for 3 stars. A better strategy, in my opinion, is to say - OK, we have a very good or excellent 3-star hotel, welcome.

Hotel from hell! English People listen to the reviews, this is truly the worst hotel ever. The rooms are so basic, no hairdryer, no kettle, no iron, the bed sheets have seen better days, they're well overdue for throwing away. The room cleaners are quite friendly The so called hot food is disgusting, it is stone cold, and they know it, that's why there's a microwave in the restaurant. The fruit is limited and harder than a cricket ball! They whip your plate away if you nip for a drink to go with your meal, and they start to mop the floor around you whilst you're still eating. It's noisy at night mainly from the traffic on the main road. I will never ever return to this hotel. I concur with the negative reviews, they are true!!!
